Apking Termite and Pest Control

My landlord contracted this company to exterminate bedbugs. Their service does NOT offer a second treatment which is recommended by reputable companies. My calls to this company were unreturned. They also required that I move all items 18 inches from the walls, remove wall plates, and empty all closets. Others companies handle moving items so that the customer knows that an actual treatment was done. I believe this company did at least a cursory extermination, I am not 100% confident that the problem has been addressed. I have wall outlets, post treatment, which have animal hair and cobwebs lodged in the outlets. It seems to me that any treatment sprayed in this area would dislodge at least some of the material. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it. Update: It turns out that there was a lack of communication and the service DID include retreatment. I have updated from a 2 star to 4 star based solely on the fact that there was a retreatment. The absence of communication and calls not being returned justifies the loss of a star.

We called Gary 2 years ago, he was fast to respond and set a plan for our issue. We now call him annually to keep things under control. I have referred 3 friends to Apking now and all 3 have called him! Very fair and responsive!

Called today about a situation, nothing urgent, but Gary showed up anyway on this hot and humid day to make sure everything was good. He is very friendly and professional and wants to make sure any issues are resolved. Would highly recommend.

If only all services were ran this way!! I've been using Apking for about 5 years now. A 3200 Sq ft home with a 1/2 finished basement, and a heavily wooded lot, spiders and other pests were rampant when we 1st moved in. I am a diagnosed arachnophobe, so the spider thing HAD to be dealt with. With twice a year treatments in spring & fall, I have yet to see a spider inside or out on the deck. It's quite amazing. Gary is also an extremely personable, and honest man. Very reasonably priced too.
