I thought I found a cockroach (based on google image) and called Towne Pest Control immediately. They walked me through how finding it in the livingroom, it was likely a wood roach. I looked at a pic online and they were right! So I didn’t need to spend my day waiting for pest control. Thank you for the free consult!!!

Towne does so many things, so well! We have used them for several years ...never a bug to be seen. But they also do our fertilization and our grass looks like a million dollars. They prune our shrubs, cut our grass. and maintain our fountain, all with great attention to detail and very reasonable pricing. Simply the BEST !

I had an issue with my magnolia tree that was attracting bugs, and I couldn't figure out why. I reached out to Towne Pest Control, and they were able to send someone out promptly. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing the problem, along with how to manage it going forward. I really appreciated their professionalism and the education they provided—it's clear they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

I had Towne come out to deal with a pesky mole problem. Gavin kept coming back to check the traps, move them around and finally was successful. They have also treated our home for insects / mice etc and I couldnt be happier with the service and price. They show up at the agreed upon time and do a great job. Highly recommend.

We’ve been longtime clients of Towne Pest Control, and this review is long overdue. Living near the woods, we’ve dealt with our fair share of pest issues over the years—mice, ants, and more recently, termites. What we really value is how open and honest they’ve always been. A few weeks ago, my mom found that ants were invading the foundation of their shed. I called and Todd was out there the next day. They took the time to explain the process in plain terms, which is incredibly helpful when you’re not an expert. Termite damage isn’t cheap to deal with, but their quote was the most competitive —and more importantly, the work was done effectively. We haven’t had any issues since. Todd and Trish are also active members of the Lebanon business community and have proven time and again that they stand behind their work. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Town Pest Control solved our ant problem on the first treatment and we were very happy with the service. They came within a day of making the call and we didn't even need to be home in order for them to get the job done. Super convenient and fair prices. If you want the job done right, I highly recommend using town pest control.
