Michael's Pest Control

Michael's came out to spray for spiders at my home. They were very responsive and clear in communicating how to properly protect my home. I instantly saw a huge difference. Very satisfied with Michael's pest control.

At first, we were really happy with the service. We had issues with bugs as well as mice in our garage. Our first treatment, we were told there wasn't much they could do with the mice so we tried to tackle that ourselves. After a while, we had issues with ants coming into the kitchen and a few areas in the bedrooms. We called to have them come back out between visits (as we thought this was included if we had issues). Come to find out, we had to pay extra for the ant treatment. Apparently, that is a different type of treatment. (I thought a "bug" was a "bug"). This also required 2 treatments, per the worker and we had to pay FULL price (what we pay quarterly) for EACH treatment. Very disappointing. And unfortunately, we still had issues with the ants. Needless to say, we contacted a different company and they came out and treated as well as treated for the mice and we haven't seen another one yet. And we have been told they will come out for ANY issues (ants included) at no extra charge. Just make sure you read the fine print......

The service was really great. Guy came in straight to work a very knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell you what you didn't need. Also gave good tips as to how to prevent any further appearances.

Best Bug Guy around. Ask for Mike to do your spray no matter what the bug he knows how to get it Gone!!

First let me just say that there receptionist Brenda is very sweet...I had a problem and was very frantic about it and she made me feel at ease about the situation...there specialist came out to my house today..his name was Mike...he was very professional and answered all my questions and did a great job!
