I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received from Orkin despite the treatment I still noticed insects and spiders all over the house. This ongoing issue indicates that the service was ineffective, and as a result, I do not believe I received the quality of service that I was promised. Russ is always great. On time, knowledgeable, and professional. Initially Orkin came out for an ant problem but we’ve kept the service since it’s helped us stay bug free.
