Russ is always great. On time, knowledgeable, and professional. Initially Orkin came out for an ant problem but we’ve kept the service since it’s helped us stay bug free. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received from Orkin despite the treatment I still noticed insects and spiders all over the house. This ongoing issue indicates that the service was ineffective, and as a result, I do not believe I received the quality of service that I was promised. My apartment sent Orkin to treat for bedbugs. This is a new problem to us, as we’ve lived here for years. We keep a clean home, little to no clutter around. We have next to no visitors.
