Excellent work-took care ant problem efficiently

I recently had a issue with yellow jackets in my front yard, to the point I was unable to mow the lawn. Don was able to start treating the nest one day after I made the call. It took a few weeks but he kept treating it until they were completely gone. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them in the future. Thanks again Don

I recently had my routine pest control serviced (it had been postponed/rescheduled due to the tropical storm in NC) -- and I was pleasantly surprised to know it was Don McCarty, the franchise owner for my area, and his wife, Mel, who were here to service my home. They were so kind and professional...Ms. McCarty even swept off my patio, and Don gave me sound advice to controlling pests! Also, I happened to notice Don was treating/spraying down entire exterior of my house (something I've never experienced with other pest control companies) which was an added plus! I highly recommend Value Pest -- specifically Don McCarty's service if you happen to be located in Wake County, NC!

Highly recommend! I was concerned with pests at several properties in Wake county and I got excellent service. Not only did I get a quick response, but I received a good value for the dollar, got a good education (and reporting) on the condition of each property, and got great follow up treatments where necessary. I was treated with straight forward and honest assessments for each situation. Don is professional and has effective methods for combating hard to kill bugs. Before I settled on Value Pest I called several pest companies for pricing. Many of them told me that my particular pest was hard to erradicate and it would be expensive. It was hard to believe that Value Pest was going to do it effectively and affordably but 3 months later - no more bugs!
