It’s too bad you can’t give someone 0 stars truly. Not only did Adams pest barely walk around the exterior of our home they completely failed to address a massive yellow jacket nest next to our home. My soon to be is insanely allergic to bees and this poses a massive safety concern. Not to mention when I call their so called “customer service advisor” they argued with me, said they could t address it until the end of the week and then proceeded to put the blame on the customer after performing 0 star worthy work. Also they said you know what you’re lucky we aren’t going to charge you and when I said I would give a bad review for this man’s horrific customer service, attitude, and the shotty work from the company they decided to cancel the follow up to take care of their failures. Adam’s pest control, more like failed pest control, if you want to light your hard earned money on fire and waste countless hours this is the place to call!! Stellar work

We do want to clarify a few details regarding this situation.<br><br>Unfortunately, you are not the direct client we received the service request from. The property management company is the party that provides us with the service instructions and the reported pest concerns. At the time of service, a yellow jacket issue was not included among the reported problems we were scheduled to address.<br><br>Although yellow jackets are not considered a general pest covered under a standard pest control service, we still offered to take care of the treatment at no charge as a courtesy. Due to our existing schedule being fully booked, the earliest availability we had was later that same week.<br><br>Instead of allowing us the opportunity to complete the complimentary service, we were met with threats of negative reviews and demands regarding scheduling. We always strive to provide excellent service and work with our customers and property partners to resolve concerns, but we also need the opportunity to address issues properly.<br><br>We appreciate all feedback and will continue working hard to provide quality pest management services to our clients and their residents.<br>

We have only been using Adam’s Pest Control for about a year. We previously used Terminex for about 25 years and continued to have issues with pests-particularly mice. Have not seen any signs of mice since working with Adam’s. Give them a try. Very reasonably priced, staff are professional and they come on time!!! Phenomenal company!! Give them a try!!

Adam’s pest control has provided outstanding service and worked to Address my issues. Earwigs have been a big problem. But Adam’s never gave up. They helped remove the mulch, tried different products inside and out and told me what to expect. Joe listened to my concerns. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Joe and Mike came over to the house to address the pest control situation. They called ahead as instructed to notify me of their arrival time and to get permission to enter the crawl space. Joe explained the specifics of the product(s) they were going to use that were considered to be a green solution therefore, safe for animals, etc. When they finished they let me know they would be checking in a few months to determine the efficacy of the treatment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the right product to use in their particular situation instead of depending on aggressive chemicals. They will work with you to find the right solution using their years of experience and familiarity with the products..
