In all seriousness, I don't know how y'all find such nice, trustworthy and hardworking employees. I've not had the same technician twice (and that's completely ok) but the consistency of "superior customer service" shines in every single one of them. Above & beyond, through and through, every single time. Without fail. The attention to detail (and I'm VERY particular) is outstanding. That builds trust, and y'all truly have mine. James earned this 'Thank you' today because his is not an easy role especially in hot, very humid temps. Never rushed, incredibly thorough, very communicative and smiles for miles. Thank y'all - customer for life.

I've had a great experience with Kind Pest Control and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Wake Forest area. They've consistently done a great job with my routine pest control, performed a thorough termite inspection, and installed termite bait stations around my home. Every visit has been professional, and it's clear they take pride in their work. What really earned this 5-star review, though, was their customer service. I noticed wasps constantly flying in and out of a small opening where my siding meets the roof and assumed there was a nest hidden somewhere. I reached out to Davis, the owner, to let him know what I was seeing. The very next day, they had a technician at my house. Bailey took the time to thoroughly inspect the area outside, checked the attic to make sure there wasn't a larger issue, and treated the nest and surrounding area with spray and dust to make sure the problem was taken care of. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. That kind of responsiveness is hard to find these days. Having an issue come up and seeing a company address it the very next day says a lot about how they value their customers. Davis has built a great company, and Bailey did an excellent job. If you're looking for a pest control company that is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about its customers, Kind Pest Control is an easy recommendation.

If you’re thinking about signing up for pest control, please learn from our experience… We recently signed up with a pest control company and, honestly, it was a huge disappointment from the start. We were sold on a package that sounded great, but when it came time for service, it didn’t match what we were promised at all. Areas that were supposed to be treated like inside the garage, the front yard trouble spots, and even the full backyard were skipped. On top of that, the technician showed up not even knowing what package we had. When my husband asked where he planned to start, instead of answering professionally, he made a comment asking what we do for a living because of the cars in our driveway. That alone didn’t sit right with us. To make matters worse, after finishing, he rang the doorbell to ask to use our restroom… just not the level of professionalism we expected. After about two weeks, we saw little to no improvement with the bugs. We wanted to cancel, but were told it would cost us $400 just to get out of the contract, so we felt stuck. Then everything changed. A week later, we were approached by another company, and we honestly wish we had met them first. From the beginning, the experience was completely different professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. We asked all the questions, verified everything (including ownership and how long they’ve been in business), and everything checked out. After talking it over, we decided it was worth making the switch and we are SO glad we did. Not only did they deliver everything they promised, but they actually went above and beyond. The service was thorough, the communication was clear, and within a short time, we’ve already noticed a real difference with the bugs. If you’re on the fence about pest control or considering switching, don’t settle for poor service. The right company makes ALL the difference!

Another great employee, Amed was delightful & professional - plus he had a genuine smile & calming karma ( which I needed after a week at Duke w/ my husband). Amed explained exactly what he was going to accomplish with todays treatment, he checked the attic mouse traps & thoroughly treated the outside of our home. He used the “wand” to remove any spider nest - I think your first visit scared them all away ! We appreciate Amed & you ! You guys should train other companies on how to hire competent staff who work with a smile & deliver the high standard of care that you promise ! Many thanks !
