Well established family business

Been a customer for awhile. Had over 5 different technicians. They reschedule appointments often - which is troublesome when I'm changing my schedule to be home for inside service. Finally decided to terminate service with them in November 2016...yet I paid for a year service upfront. Been around 4 weeks now that I keep calling and getting "a manager will call you back" with no response or refund. Technicians have been great - but their office doesn't seem to have any communication with them...and office and managers obviously don't want me as a customer. After 4 weeks...I write this review in hopes they actually call me back. Looking for pest control?? Look elsewhere!!!!!

After trying three other companies this was the only one who did there job right the very FIRST time. My family and I have spent so much money with these other companies. So glad we finally found a company who actually knew what they were doing!! My only regret is that we didn't use Wood the first time. THANK you so much for a continuous job well done.
