Wow, Aruza pest control… Chris Ross and Devin Presley for the win! I had a great experience. They did termite baits around the house and moisture barrier under the house. Customer service was top notch. Friendly, very informative , respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

The tech, Doug, was very professional and didn’t just come and spray. He explained everything he would do and assured me everything they use is safe.

I had an appointment January 22 for a termite inspection. The young man came & looked for my bait traps - he said that all he would do was locate them & then someone else would have to come back at a later date to inspect. The next morning I got a phone call saying I owed them $175.00 - I said for what - they said termite inspection. I told them the man did not do an inspection so therefore I owed them nothing. I then decided to go to another Pest Control Company. I called them & scheduled another appt. on February 4th so they could pull up the bait traps. They did not show up at my house for the appointment. They have continued to call & text me several times a day - I have sent them 2 letters & called them back & asked for a supervisor - I get put on hold for 20 minutes & nobody comes back. Every time I call the Smithfield office I get someone else - they won't allow calls to go there anymore. They continue to text & call me several times a day saying I owe them money. I had someone at my house working on my generator when their employee came & did nothing - they witnessed the whole thing. I also have security cameras to prove they did not do an inspection. I have asked for them to stop calling me - this is borderline harassment. I have never seen a business run like this.

One of their employees, a young man, came to my house today and, when I requested a business card, ID, or his name, flatly refused to give it to me. So, I refused him entry. He then refused to come back later in the day with the apartment management, because he didn't like our interaction according to them, so they will be coming back on Tuesday of next week, which will be another day off of work for me to deal with him. Very unprofessional as any business should be prepared to have their employees identify themselves AND be able to provide proof of necessary licenses and insurance to an individual to enter a person's home. ETA: He was wearing a red shirt and jeans. The shirt had nothing on the front that identified him. The back had the logo and such, but he was facing forward when he visited my apartment. Also, regardless of what my apartment community knew of him, I did not and no one from the apartment community was with him. I pay the rent here and I pay the insurance as well. Legally, I can ask for identification and proof of licences and insurance.

Hello Tessa. The community you live in does not allow us to schedule your appointments. You have to let them know when you need a specific time frame. Our employees wear proper uniforms that identify who they are. We don't hand out business cards because it confuses tenants on who to call for maintenance with there community. We go through a lengthy process to verify that we possess the proper license and insurance. Check with your property manager and they can verify that. Im sorry for any inconvenience. The Worst company I have ever dealt WI asked him for reimbursement. It's been 3 weeks I've not yet seen my money back had to call another company. Send them an email and show them. I had to hire another company still no i'also I have called them. Numerous times always a excuse would not trust this company back. I'm very disappointed will turn them in to the better business bureau outside
Take homeless people money for application for rental services. No phone call back reason or anything. Just take money no reason and no phone call back

My family and I moved to Smithfield in September and I originally chose this company because it had excellent reviews and came recommended from my new neighbors. My first appointment, the exterminator was over an hour late. I did call the office to ask if they had forgotten about me and the ladies I spoke with were very apologetic and said they would contact the exterminator and find out where he was. Turned out the exterminator said he was stuck in traffic and just never called to let me know. He sprayed the inside of my home but had to come back since it was late and raining outside. The company sent me the bill which I called and said I would pay when the exterminator came back to finished the job. I ended up requesting for a respray of the inside of my home because after the initial first spray, we were still finding bugs in our house. When the exterminator came back for a respray, he asked to use my hose and filled up his can with water (I'm assuming to dilute whatever was already in it). The smell after spraying my home was so overpowering that I had to open all my doors and windows (he told me it was due to the essential oils being mixed in with the solution). After leaving, I noticed the surfaces of my brand new kitchen appliances were stained. I attempted to clean them off but my dishwasher was permanently stained by whatever was in the solution that he sprayed. I was also disappointed when I went outside and saw that my porch, doors and windows were still covered in spider webs when this was an included service with what I pay for. I contacted the office inquiring what exactly they put in their spray due to the overpowering odor and stains to my appliances and I asked if there was an alternative because if there was not, I did not want to continue services with them. The person I spoke with told me they would look into it and asked me for pictured proof of the damage to my dishwasher. I texted them photos and received a call later from a seemingly nice gentleman who assured me that they wanted to "make it right" and send out a professional cleaner or replace the front of my dishwasher if the cleaner could not get the stain out. I was told they would call me back after the new year to set it up with me...I have yet to hear from anyone about this issue. About two weeks ago, I received a phone call saying they were calling about an appointment for tomorrow, (never gave a time)and to call them back to confirm. I never made an appointment, nor did I call back to confirm. The following day, the exterminator showed up to my home while I was out and when I did not answer the door he proceeded to spray the outside of my home without my permission. My neighbors were outside and watched as he then trespassed on my property, let himself into my back gate (which was latched) and when he left, he left the gate open. My neighbor knows I have dogs so when they walked over to close my gate they saw that the latch to my gate was broken. On Monday morning I had a bill sent to me for the exterminator spraying. My husband called the office for an explanation and they told him they would call him back and never did. It has been two weeks and we still have yet to hear from anyone. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but after all the added up negative experiences and unprofessional impressions they have continued to display I cannot stress enough to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I would not wish this poor experience on anyone. I feel I have been more than generous and patient for them to not only fix their wrong doings but at the very least call us back.

After we talked about other alternatives of cleaning the stainless steel I assumed it worked when I didnt hear back. Good afternoon, I went and researched your account. I see you texted pictures on Sunday. We attempted to call you Monday in the am and left you a message. We also tried Wednesday and today to reach out. All of our lines are recorded and I went back and listen to the messages being left by our office staff. With the unusual amount of rain we have received in the past month, its very possible the treatment was washed away. We offer a re treatment to our customers while under contract at no charge.
