Love the responsiveness of this company! I had a sneaking suspicion that I had bed bugs (received their characteristic bite patterns) but wanted to be sure since I saw NO traces of them. No shed skin, feces, live bugs, eggs, etc. The handler and the dog came in and did a sweep of my home. 2 locations were found where bed bugs were hiding. I was grateful for the confirmation so I can take the steps to rid myself of them before it turns into a bigger infestation. Would recommend this service to anyone that thinks they may have bed bugs.
