Veteran-owned, Tim's one of the few that will still do these inspections if you don't have service. All the big corporate spots what you to already have service established or they don't do the reports for the Sanford NC area. He came out, looked around my basement and crawl space. He's very prompt and professional.

I had a flea issue after rescuing a stray kitten which only stayed for 2 days before finding a home. I called on a Saturday expecting service later the next week at best.. Tim came out and took care of the issue that day. Tim was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend his services.

missed appointment, did not call back. of course you will pretend you do not know me now to clean your bad reputation, and the reason I leave a bad review is because you DO NOT answer my calls, but I see your lack of professionalism and customer service, no thanks I will go find a reliable company. last but not least, how come you have time to respond to all your bad reviews but have not time to attend to your appointments, perhaps you need to spend less time on your phone/computer buddy.

Amazing! Came out same day for last minute cleaning needed. It was like anew home. He was very easy to get a hold of, answered calls and text. And then called the next day to do a recap to make sure I was happy with his service and gave me tips on how to keep bugs out. I will use him every time and recommend him to anyone look! Cannot say enough good things about Tim from Mug A Bug. Realized I had a termite problem last year. I had multiple big name companies come out to give me a quote. I didn't feel very comfortable with their treatment plans, and they all seemed dead set on selling me crawl space encapsulation packages. I called Tim on the recommendation of a neighbor. He's the kind of guy that will tell you what to look out for whether you use him or not. He did a thorough inspection and I ended up hiring him to do the treatment even though it was a bit higher than some other quotes I got. I had more faith in his treatment method than I did the bait stations the other guys wanted to put out. His termite warranty is fully transferrable should you sell your house. I hired him again this year to replace the moisture barrier in my crawl space after I got an offer on my house. He went above and beyond. He is punctual, thorough, and knows a lot of other local contractors if you need other things done. Very up front and won't steer you wrong. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!
