I have been using Bug Guys for years and they make the process so easy from scheduling visits to paying the invoices. They actually came out today and Fisher did a great job and was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

The Bug Guys are GREAT! We switched to them after horrible experiences with the big corporate companies. I highly recommend them. They are affordable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really care about their customers. They are prompt and their work is top quality. I have been so much happier with this company.

Awesome and responsive people! I had just moved into my new home and saw you guessed it. Those horrible little dreaded bugs in my kitchen. I called in the afternoon and they were able to come out next morning. I was worried if it would work and it absolutely did! The next two weeks there were dead ones outside like a whole bunch and no issues since. I am on schedule with them now to come out quarterly. I am so grateful for their prompt and effective work! Great group of people and I'm so glad I had them come out!

We have been using The Bug Guys for several years for pest control and now have added termite management . They are an awesome group!!! They always give me adequate notice before they come and are very flexible in scheduling. They are always on time , kind and friendly and professional. Our Bug guy is usually Fisher. He is so nice and friendly and I always enjoy talking with him . Whenever I have a problem or a new pest , I call Tim and he always responds quickly and he sets up a visit . I’ve never been disappointed. They are always able to help with my problem and they give very good advice. I highly recommend The Bug Guys !!!! They are a sincere and caring business and I trust them.

NEW OWNERSHIP!!! NO NOTIFICATION GIVEN. Had a contract for outside pest control service every 6 months. New owners came out this month and serviced the outside. They CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ALMOST TRIPLE WHAT I WAS PAYING. Called, they put me on hold, disconnected me and every time I called back either just rang or went straight to voice mail. BE WARE!!!!

We had service with another company at our previous residence. When we moved, there was a contract that we continued without knowing much about the Bug Guys. We are so glad we did!! They have provided multiple services for us and I would never switch! They are knowledgeable, friendly, fast and reliable!! We have been with them for almost a year now and so grateful for their prompt responses and for whatever system keeps us scheduled and on track for services so it is one less thing for me to worry about!

I cannot recommend the Bug Guys enough. I've used them for the past 7 years and their customer service and promptness has always been amazing. From my first panicked call to them about ants coming out of my outlets to our most recent unfortunate flea infestation thanks to a carpet cleaning company, they've always been out to address the problem within 24 hours of calling. The Bug Guys are absolutely awesome. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable. Especially Jess in the office. She has displayed great communication skills and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Highly recommend they are very professional and polite and extremely detailed with the fumigation. The administrative assistant is a people person she’s extremely nice.

I have been using the Big Guys for a couple of years. Not only do they do a great job with scheduling and working to accommodate times that work for me. They also identify potential pitfalls around my home. Just today, Tim was doing my bi-annual termite inspection and discovered that I had a leak underneath of my home. Not only did he tell me about it. He escorted me to the location and showed me exactly where the problem was. Thank you for the continued professionalism and bug service. 10 out of 10 recommend this service.

The Bug Guys’ staff are always thorough and courteous. Their tech, Tim, is trustworthy and spends time listening to any issues and responds promptly to needed treatment. We refer them regularly.

Brandon and the team at Bug Guys did an amazing job on our home. Communication was always prompt and open. We had some significant moisture issues, and the Bug Guys installed a sump pump, french drain, vapor barrier, and dehumidifier. Brandon put our minds at ease as far as our moisture issue was concerned. We also had termite treatment placed. The team was fast, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys came out once before about a year ago and did a great job…not sure what’s going on now as I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks…I actually was able to reach Brandon and he said he was going to have someone call me but still haven’t heard anything, I’ve left voice mails, and sent text……not trying to bad mouth them just want a call back…hopping this will work and someone will call…

Scheduled an appointment and was texted a few hours before my appointment stating the tech was sick and wouldn’t make my appointment. Cool, I understand sickness and that things happen. I was offered another date that I wasn’t available so it was scheduled a day later than what was offered. I rearranged my schedule to make the rescheduling. I get a text 2 minutes before the rescheduled appointment saying the guy is still sick and can’t make it. They knew the guy was sick, so why wasn’t I scheduled with another tech. Then to get a text and not even the courtesy of a phone call. I replied to the text with my concerns, but no response. I’ve never got to use this company, but they have cancelled service twice with less than 24 hour notice and even less than 6 hour notice. Even though I didn’t get to use this service, I don’t recommend them due to their accoutablilty of meeting schedules, and also inconveniencing the customer with such short notice, and seems to have no remorse.

Must sign contact for them to warrenty their services. Had them come out to help with ants in the kitchen, and roaches on our porch. Came out first time and did quick, not thorough, spray, did not help with ants at all, and we started seeing more roaches on our porch then before. And not dead, like you commonly see a day after spraying. Came a second time to try spraying something else for the ants. It still did not help, and did not even address the roach problem outside. They were supposed to return for a 3rd time to try with the ants and ultimately said they do not know what to do, so they refunded my money. I appreciate the refund but felt like they were in a rush and didn't do a thorough job spraying regardless if it works or not. We have had our house sprayed in the past and it took a good hour or so of apraying inside and out, they were in and out in 30 minutes. Long story short we got terro ant killer and took care of the problem ourselves, and are having someone else spray the outside to kill anything around our home.
