Not really impressed that your workers showed up to do the neighbors yard, saw a vehicle in my driveway meaning someone is home and then blocked my driveway instead of pulling all the way up so I can come and go from my own home

Been receiving their since March 2025 and couldn't be happier. There was a mix-up with my house location when I first signed up, but they quickly resolved it same-day and clarified everything by email and in person. Since then, they’ve been very responsive and always do a great job with my yard. Highly recommend!

English comprehension is non existent with their crew. Inconsistent day and time of service. 80% plus failure rate of service notification. Poor quality of service is from poor communication and zero motivation from the supervisor to fix the issues. After two months of trying to fix multiple service issues. Such as tearing up the lawn with oversized equipment. To using a weed eater to cut the back yard? I realize a riding mower cannot get through the back gate. But a push mower does. Don’t hire them!!!!
We have been using Green Garden for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier! When we first bought our house, it was literally nothing but weeds. I had no idea where to start. Green Garden has done such a wonderful job getting our grass back and they are all so nice. Highly recommend!

The service I received was awesome. I had 14 years worth of pine needles along my fence line and within 3 hours my yard was totally cleaned. The workers were so professional and they did an amazing job.

I waited for 2 hours and saw the gentleman in the green gardens car drive slowly past my house and never come back. When I called to let them know that he had passed my house, the woman who answered the phone said she would check on him and never called me back either.

Would not recommend this company at all...very dishonest with poor communication. Did not deliver on what was promised. The project definitely was not worth the $7500 price tag. So disappointing!

We set up an appointment for a tech to come out and take measurements of our yard on 8 Feb 21, but he never showed. We had to call to find out the tech was running behind. The tech eventually came out the following day, on 9 Feb 21. We were promised an estimate following that appointment, but its currently 20 Feb and we have not recieved an estimate via mail (checked our spam folders too) or a phone call.

Was going to hire them but could never get an answer on when. So I hired someone else and they are trying to take credit for someone else work and are trying to charge me for a service they did NOT PROVIDE. I sent them proof and still harassing me. They are a bunch of con-artist. do not recommend these people at all. Can’t stand dishonest people. They are literally harassing me about paying them for something that they didnt do. Now I have to have my current lawn people call and talk with them so he can tell them he was the one that provided services that week. Such a hassle. So much drama with these people. ***** the response they just posted is a lie. I emailed them saying I would love to accept the proposal but couldn’t until I knew when they would be out and they NEVER responded. So with no response from them I assumed I wouldn’t hear back from them. I NEVER accepted the proposal. I have contacted the Business bureau. Either someone in office isn’t doing their job or someone on crew is lying. I do hope you get to the bottom of this bc this has been the WORST experience with you.

After approving our estimate on 04/15/19 we never received any communication from you to cancel the services and your property shows in our system with services provided on 04/18/19. The system tracks every movement our technicians do and as we mentioned to you in previous communications, we will forward all these details and your communications to the General Manger for review. We want to apologize in advanced if we had invoice you by mistake and assure that we will take care of this issue in a promptly manner.
Would not recommend you wasting your time with this company. Had an appointment at 4:30 today for an estimate on a sizeable job, no one showed and when I contacted the company they stated the estimator was behind in Southern Pines. No one found it necessary to inform, this was 4:45, I left work early to meet them, their customer service and their pledge to be the best is a farce!

Scott thanks for your feedback. As we explained you, the estimator's schedule was delay due to the weather. We try to serve our regular and potential customers to the best of our human abilities and without compromising the safety of our employees. Our manager tried to contact you several times to reschedule the appointment but you didn't answer the phone and We received a very rude and profane email, and texts, stating that you didn't want to establish any further communications with us. As we stated before we try the best to resolve any issues with our customers, unfortunately in your case we were unsuccessful.
The people who came out pretended to take measurements and then left 3 minutes after. When I asked about when we should get an estimate they said that day. I have contacted twice and I keep getting told tomorrow. So they told me to check my email. I did and nothing. Then today 9/9/18 I got a text saying it was sent. Poor service!

They were originally quick to respond to my request for an estimate on several landscaping needs, including a large amount of sod. After scheduling a time to come out and evaluate my yard, their communication took a nose dive. They missed the appointment (on a Saturday) and I had to call them the following week to find out what happened. We made a second estimate appointment in which they did show up for, however, I did not see the employee take any measurements of my yard like he said he would need for the estimate. I also never received the estimate this employee promised. I called back a few days later and left a voicemail for the owner, telling him all that has happened and to call me if he still wants my business. NO RESPONSE from him!! Poor communication and NO FOLLOW THROUGH. This is not the way to handle customers, especially if they had planned to spend A LOT OF MONEY.
