Beware, these folks are manipulative and extremely unprofessional. Had them out for a service, paid for the service, and apparently when I signed for the service I unknowingly got locked into a "quarterly" contract that I was not aware of nor did I ask for. When I called to cancel, William was extremely rude and literally hung up on me. When I called back I got the owner, Phil, who basically talked over me the whole conversation demanding that I keep the contract for a year (not even a quarter).

Don't trust them telling you their products are "pet safe" or expect any kind of competent or remotely compassionate response when they POISON your pet. Unfortunately, I did trust them initially until my kitten became extremely ill shortly after a treatment. The x-team is extremely inconsiderate and unreasonable. The service man wanted to blame my disabled mother-in-law for him not being patient enough for her to get to the door and let him inside to spray the house. Then expected me to pay full price for him just spraying the outside. I offered to pay half the bill for half the job completed and he refused.
