Orkin

We moved to NC 3 years ago. Realizing that most residents require a pest control service, we hired one. The more they came, the more problem we had. I had to pay off the service contract just to stop them coming. We hired another company. It was a hit or miss with them keeping appointments. My DIL recommended ORKIN. We called them and we are very happy with their service and technicians. Our problem with pests have been eliminated. I will never change companies. They are the best. T

To start with, they're always late. I bought a house that was covered by Orkin's Subterranean termite agreement from the previous owners. Apparently Orkin didn't do their job very well because a year and a half later I had a significant termite infestation. So I called Orkin. Took them 2 weeks to inspect and another week and a half to retreat. They tell me there's no recourse through their company to get the termite damage repaired. I have been a customer of Orkin since February of this year. I called them out to spray for ants and to deal with a rat that made its way into my home. I signed up for the year long contract during this process. In Feb the tech came and sprayed which was great. The problem is every following month I was billed for service that NEVER took place because the tech was spraying the wrong address and charging my account for it.
