Tutay Pest Control

1st time homeowner so keeping up with basic maintenance of our home is very important also being new to NC comes with challenges of trying to find services based off of recommendations of others . That being said I called Tutay’s and received a prompt response ,Bobby was out to our home this morning to help with our preventative maintenance. Thankful for the many positive reviews and glad that we chose to work with this company.

I can count on Bobby Hersinger to provide professional, timely service. He even answers the phone on the weekends! I would never use anyone else! He even provided emergency plumbing service on a Saturday morning. I also really appreciate not being charged a fortune!

When Bobby started coming out it was going good. When we moved into this place we had roaches but were told bobby would handle them. But then he started forgetting when our 3 month service was due. We made many changes over the past 2 years and we still have roaches. So bad that when outlet covers are taken off at least 40 if not more come flying out at us. At first yes we had crumbs that got hidden or dog food that fell under the fridge/freezer. So we started moving appliances weekly to clean! Immediately cleaning spills etc. We moved our trash that didn't have a lid from under the sink to outside of the cabinet with a lid! We keep up on the cleaning to the point I'm a neat freak now and funny.. still have bugs! We ended up complaining out of frustration and now he doesn't want to service us anymore. I was begging him to fog. Told him we could go away for 24 hours or whatever and he replied with " I dont use foggers. They dont work" I also was made aware that he threw me under the bus saying my children were in the way. No.. I made them go watch TV in their rooms when he was here! Ii have 6 kids so yes its a tad hard.. i have another pest control coming out to give me an estimate but they have already said if it's as bad as I made it sound we may have to move if they cNt control it. Not happy 1 bit. Heck he couldn't even stand up to me and tell me he didn't want to service our house anymore. He had to have a middle person do it. How sad.!
