I was very impressed with my initial service visit from TruX Pest Control. I was able to get my visit scheduled promptly thanks to Crystal, and she walked me through the details of the quarterly service package. During the visit, Clay efficiently completed everything on his list to address my home’s needs. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the steps he was taking, and he was very knowledgeable about the specific spots to pay attention to in my home. I met Max today. He came to my new home to give me an estimate and explained all that I would need to know to make a decision in regards to pest control. So happy we went with TruX! Clay came out to our home today and performed a new customer inspection and treated the exterior of the house and garage. Clay was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered good advice and excellent customer service.

This is my first time I’m using Trux pest control. Clay did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional he took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. After he’s done, he checked back with me to see If I had anything else. This is what true customer service looks like. I highly recommend them. As of today, we have a contract going forward.

If you are looking for someone to treat for termites, look no further!! Shawn is so knowledgeable and gave us an excellent plan for putting an end to our termites. I had four estimates and he made me feel the most at ease for taking on this task. He found termite tunnels that others missed and he was even the most cost effective. He will save you time, money and worries. I can tell you bad stories from my other inspections but I will just be brief and say go with TruX!! We will also be using them for pest in the future, they do all they can to inform you and help you make the best choice.

Mike did an excellent job handling our termite issue. He was extremely thorough, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone dealing with termites and would gladly recommend him to everyone in the neighborhood. Great service all around!

Showed up last minute on the first treatment because they forgot to put me on the schedule. Had to call management to get someone on site. I asked for monthly visits and instead they charge me monthly, but only come on site quarterly.

Sept 4, 2025 Update - I have been meaning to update my review from a couple of years ago... Just wanted shoutout a few words of praise for Max our service technician. He provides really great customer service, is very professional, knowledgable, polite, and is an outstanding young man. Thanks Max!! Older Review: I did a fair amount of research looking the right pest control service that could handle all of our issues. I read all the reviews for all the local pest control companies, and decided to give GreenX a chance. Let me tell you, we hit it big. This company is over the top on service delivery. They are absolutely awesome. Not only do they have great professional service, they have very competitive pricing, and high quality products. We are signed up for all their services including the termite bait traps. Peace of mind knowing we have the right products with a company that stands behind their work. I don't write a lot of reviews for companies, mostly because I can't recommend them. GreenX in Clayton is very worthy of a 5+ star rating. Great job Shawn and Mike. You guys are the best.

Mike at TruX Pest Control was awesome! He took the time to answer all of our questions and really made sure everything was taken care of. I love that they’re a local company and their year-round program gives me peace of mind for a great price. Definitely glad we went with them!
