My wife and I recently had Joseph come out and do our pest service, per our contract with Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control, for pest control, due to spiders, ants and other pests, and Joseph did an outstanding job on this service visit, recognizing the issues that I didn’t even see. I appreciate this company having competent, and knowledgeable staff to address the pest issues.

We had a great experience with Freedom Wildlife Solutions. They were prompt and courteous and our technician Matthew was awesome. A family of birds had moved in our bathroom air duct. We had all 5 outside vents replaced and 2 air ducts. Matthew was very informative and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with birds in my ducts, they had broken through the vent covers. From my first call until end of the job everything was clear and upfront. I had called a couple other companies when I began my search and they were all scam. Be careful who you call. Glad I found a local honest company. I would use them for any future needs.

I had a great experience with Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control here in Clayton! They helped resolve an issue with a bird that had started nesting in my dryer vent, cleaned everything out thoroughly, and installed a proper vent cover to prevent it from happening again. On top of that, I had two additional covers installed on the back of my home, which gave me extra peace of mind. David was exceptional—he explained everything clearly, took his time, and walked me through the work step by step to make sure I was completely satisfied. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I definitely recommend this company for any wildlife or pest control needs. Professional, thorough, and reliable!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable about the issues I have including moles, voles, mosquitoes, carpenter bees, ground bees, and more. I have them come out regularly to keep these under control on my sizable property.

Very pleased with the service we received. We were given multiple options to take care of our bat and mouse issues in our attic. Matthew, Daniel, David and Chris were all great. I had a minority of my communications with Matthew and he was very informative as well as understanding to my schedule. He was very professional in explaining what he was there to do at each visit as well as keeping us informed on when the next step of the visit would be done. Freedom Wildlife helped me when I had raccoons in my attic at my home in Apex. My technicians, David and Matthew, were prompt, friendly, and explained in detail the process. A work order was prepared quickly so we knew what the cost would be. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism.

Our service men Matthew and Daniel were great. They were respectful of the property, they showed up when they said they would, and they made sure all our questions were answered and showed us exactly what they were doing. Matthew made sure he left everything about the house the way he found it and even came back to pressure wash the driveway where his truck had left marks. We were told we had to pay $500 for the mouse traps even though I had told them we had been trapping and hadn't seen any mice in a few weeks, so we felt that was a waste of money since they didn't see any mice in their traps in their 3 checks. But I they offer services to seal gaps and openings that most pest control don't offer so that's why we went with them this time.

Can not say enough good things about this company! Wow! They were excellent from start to finish. They explained thoroughly everything they would do, how long it would take and which days they would be coming out. Matthew, Daniel and Chris were absolutely terrific. The guys were knowledgeable and kept checking in with us to let us know what they were doing as they moved through attic and rooftop. They were very organized and clean. Terrific guys!! Had a wonderful experience with Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control- the team was able to help me (humanely!!) evict raccoons from my attic, seal it up, and do remediation services (sanitize/new insulation) in the space. Most importantly the team was incredibly professional and easy to work with- they always informed me when the were en-route (very accurately) and when the snow/ice storms delayed parts of the process everyone was very communicative and helpful in the reschedule process. I’m not an expert in removing raccoons but I do know stellar customer service and they delivered. Thank you to my fantastic techs Chris, David, Matthew, and Daniel as well as the whole Freedom team.

David and Daniel removed the squirrels and blocked their re-entry. They were efficent, effective, friendly and helpful. I appreciate their work and am glad the squirrels are located somewhere other than my Garner attic. Thx guys!

David was incredible. He was able to come out to my house the day of scoop out all of my vents to ensure there wasn’t any birds and educated me on all the work that needed to be done. Same day, he was able to remove a nest that was in my attic repair. My ductwork and place proper covers over my vents to ensure no return visitors. He was also able to provide me a quote for the numerous ant beds. I have in my backyard as well as bird proofing my porch. David even returned to my house a couple of days later respectfully entered my property while I wasn’t home to check for another bird sound I had heard in the attic thankfully there were no return visitors and he explained that he found mud and nesting materials on top of The vent cover and stated it was probably a bird trying to return back to nesting. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the price however I’m not sure if this is typical pricing for this kind of work and I was in a dire need and needed it done that day. However, due to their amazing service, I definitely plan on working with them in the future. Thank you, Freedom Wildlife Solutions and David for your quick response your professionalism, your patience, and the work that you’ve done.

They were always fast to respond to questions regarding the status of the job. We had two sets of bluebirds move into our dryer vent which delayed the project. Whenever I called they would schedule their technicians to come out and check to see if they could finish the project. The reason I gave four stars was due to me having to stay on top of the scheduling for the follow up visit is. However they did a fantastic job once the project was finished!
