So some of you google reviewers might of saw I left a negative review of champion services the other day , I probably jumped the gun on that because the owner of the company was out of town , well I received a call this morning from the owner , what I will say is he immediately apologized for the circumstances that accrued he was a complete gentleman and a pleasure to speak with . We left off with what I expected first an apology which in these times are rare and the ability for me to start up services with champion again .so alls well this company does care about there reputation another rarity in todays world . So thank you for reaching out to me and I look forward to many more years of great service

LOVE Champion!!! I have spoken with the owner, Stan, and his wife Deb on multiple occasions during my critter infestation period. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to eliminating all sorts of undesirable and unwelcome “house guests”! I highly recommend this AWESOME company!!!

I personally have never done business with Champion but I do have an issue with them. When an employee leaves them to go to another one, they like to tell customers that they are no longer working in the industry because they’re afraid customers will follow that former employee. They have lost a couple of accounts doing this. Customers don’t like being lied to. Also, one of the owners really needs to learn how to be professional when responding to reviews. It’s not about winning an argument it’s about letting the customer know you’ve heard them.

I used Champions for 8 years without an issue. However, for the last 2 years every time they sprayed I would end up with ants. Not one or two a couple of days after spraying, I’m talking about a Madi Gras parade of hundreds, maybe even a thousand. The office staff and manager were pretty dismissive and said “it’s nature” and “it’s normal to see ants after we spray”. Probably responses they say often. They offered to come respray, but when I asked what the plan was to prevent this from happening again (literally every quarter year the past year) I got the “it’s nature and normal” response and “sorry you feel that way sir” B.S.. It’s not my first day on earth, a parade of ants isn’t normal after every spray. Either they don’t really care or don’t know what they’re doing. Not sure which is worse, but $400 a year in pest control needs to yield results at some point.

Eric did a good job, I will return to this company because of his efforts and his great attitude. I called them because of the responses by the owner on the reviews. Do yourself a favor if your new to this area and they will help you learn what you really need. Gerald.

Technician was misleading and were brought out 2 times to spray. Said the second time should kill them. Still had an issue after 30 days called and they said that No they did not say that then because after 30 days we placed borax down( we were told by another professional that we could use borax) and said that we ruined there product by putting borax down and that they were sorry that I didn't understand pest control. Also when first called the lady was down right rude and spoke over me not allowing me to even finish a sentence. Don’t believe what they tell you if I could give a 0 star I would.

Easy to contact and speak directly with a person. Informative about process before arrival. Arrived on time within an hour window and was thorough and professional. We got a general preventative service. Highly recommend this local company!

We have used Champion Pest to treat our home in a wooded, semi-rural area of Johnston County since 2014. They are a family owned business and truly care about providing good quality services and their customer service is excellent!! So many times, a good company does not last long, eventually disappointing us in quality of service and/or customer service. I am thrilled to say that Champion (Benjamin, the owner and Curtis--one of the techs) has maintained quality services and wonderful customer services for many years. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, courteous and stand behind their work.
