Edit: After receiving a callback from Pisgah Pest Control, they resolved the billing concerns and were accommodating of the change in services that I wanted to make. While I stand by having been told originally that what I wanted to do wasn’t possible, misunderstandings happen and I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously. Their response was handled with professionalism and kindness, which speaks highly of the business they’re trying to operate. I look forward to continued service with Pisgah Pest Control now that my issues have been resolved.

Steven did a super job. He is fast and friendly, a great ambassador for Pisgah. He is extremely observant and spots problems without us having to show him. Please don’t send me anyone else.

We’d seen evidence of a mouse and guess what - he found it - dead behind the tool bench and NOT in one of the sticky traps! The technician clearly didn't care where he was spraying the poison and sprayed all over our windows. We had to clean our windows after he left, and I don't know how safe/harmful that substance was so we had to use masks and gloves.

After several months of poor service, I had to cancel my contact. Technician Eric Owen kept saying we had Allegheny Mound Ants and they are not covered under the contract. This was not true! They are common black ants. And, they couldn't take care of them.

Brian was timely, efficient and friendly. He thoroughly inspected the eaves for hornet nests and knocked them down. He responded to my concern for ant infestation.

The technicians showed up, but didn't seem to do anything. As they were about to leave, my wife mentioned a problem with small bugs in the kitchen. The left without even looking at the kitchen. If they had looked at the front yard, they would have seen countless ant hills. If their work does not improve, we will not renew.

Not sure this technician has been to our house before but he missed a small crawl space area that must be entered from inside the house. I'm sure he thought the large crawl space that has an outside entry door was all there was to be done. Have no reason to believe checking the smaller space needs to be done before the next scheduled inspection. Thx.
