I have had the pleasure of working with ESI in both the role of housing inspection and pest control. They provide excellent services, are professional, prompt and fairly priced. Most recently they removed a big hornets nest for me. The tech Mitchell, who does our termite service as well, is just an awesome guy and always happy to help you learn a little while taking care of things. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using ESI since we moved into our house back in 2019. They manage both quarterly pest treatments as well as annual termite inspections. We have not had any issues with either. They are always punctual and personable to work with as well as competitively priced for their services. We have pets and they apply pet safe products which gives us a peace of mind. Love these guys. First and foremost, they are very nice over the phone, always courteous when relaying information or setting up appointments…I super appreciate that they call and check if you’d like for them to come or remind you that they are coming and my tech guy, Marshall, is the best. They are very intentional in ensuring the areas you have made them aware of are heavily treated and they always check with you about those areas instead of coming and spraying just anywhere. They are also great in helping with identifying areas that could be causing your issues as well.

Great job, great company, super people to work with. This company has been doing pest control for me since before my house was completed in 2005. They are always on time, friendly, and cheerful, and have kept the critter population to the minimum for a wooded area on top of a mountain. Prices are competitive or lower than other companies offering same or similar servixes. Recommended without reservation.

After a bad experience with a pest control company trying to rope me in to an expensive initial treatment, followed by a year long contract, I was thrilled to find ESI. I needed someone to come to our house, identify what we had, and treat if necessary. Marshall arrived on time, took his time looking over everything and thoroughly explained what we had and what we may need to look out for. He did not try to sell me treatments I did not need, and was professional and friendly the entire time. I will be calling them the next time I have concerns or need some help with pests.
