Johnnie Reece came by our Needlework Shop in Woodfin yesterday to do the normal treatment and inspection. Johnnie is always so pleasant and diligent with doing his job. We have an Old 1878 Folk Victorian as our shop space, and with all the textiles we have on display we have to be very careful not to allow any pests through all our old house nooks and crannies and gaps. The company rep lied to my face about being able to treat carpenter ants in the roof. I specifically asked the secretary and rep beforehand. I found out later the techs don't carry ladders nor are they insured to climb on roofs. When we showed the tech the two ant corpses that we found after multiple months of service he said we should be happy, that 2 ants was very minimal and the best we could expect from anyone. Honestly one of the worst experiences with any business ever! Complete RIP off, these clowns want to charge full price for less than half service, While I was working one of the employees went to my house and said he sprayed for bees, spiders, ants, etc. When I go to open my front door what do I see a spider web with the spider still in it on my doorbell, says he sprayed, obviously didn't, then has the nerve to say I owe them 175 dollars, I disputed issue and they would not honor contract, waste
