We had trouble with mice in the ceiling of the fellowship hall and Tom came out and took care of everything. He was very nice and professional. He explained in detail how everything worked to get rid of the mice. We were glad to get this done. We also signed up for regular pest control and we trust that they will do a great job with that as well. We appreciate everything they've done for us.

Brad is a reliable and professional technician with Apex. He constantly is upbeat, courteous, and answers all of our concerns regarding pest control at our home. He's kind to dogs, too!!

Stop with the solicitation

I used to think that Apex was great! I still find that I am mostly pest free, which is important, but they used to let me know when they would be at my house. They were here today unbeknownst to me so I couldn't let them know that I seem to have an ant problem. Additionally, although this seems to be resolved, I used to get 6 emails after a visit; a report; a bill and other redundant emails. Finally, they have raised prices without notification until the most recent price increase... maybe others complained about this and realized informing customers might be a good idea. Definitely ruin for improvement when considering customer service. Keeping my eyes out for an alternative.

We worked with these folks for over a year, and have seen a pattern of overbilling, and repeatedly (doggedly) sending bills for service contracts that were never agreed to. They also failed to control the ant problem in our vacation rental despite three attempts so far. We finally gave up and switched, realizing that these extra bills were too frequent and consistent to be accidental.
