Syracuse pest control

Called Syracuse Pest Control at 7:30pm and spoke with Greg about Yellow jackets entering outside wall of my house. He came right out inspected the area inside and out and took care of it. Which I was not expecting being so late in the day but greatly appreciated! He is professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Greg is top notch in customer service and skill-set, and I have had him come out to my home annually for a couple of years now for hornet nest remediation. I have an older home in the University Neighborhood with original clapboard siding that is prone to hornet infestation, and Greg has always been incredibly responsive and informative. He has either picked up anytime I've called, or has called me back within an hour or two (in reality, it is actually 10-15 minutes whenever I have left a message, but I don't want to overpromise anything!). So far he has also provided same-day service every time despite a busy schedule, however I understand that this might not always be the case going into the future. The first time I called a few different exterminators, he was the fastest to get back to me by far, and is a friendly guy who is easy to get along with. Best of all, I find that his prices are very reasonable. I work in contracting myself and I recommend Greg to any customer of my own who is facing pest problems, as well as to my friends and family; all who have had the same experience with him as me. After calling around to different pest companies Greg and Syracuse pest control were the only place that did not make me sign and pay into a yearly contract or pay for more than what I needed. Greg arrived very quickly and treated the areas where pesky carpenter bees had tunneled and also treating the rest of property to make sure bees dont go elsewhere. Nice guy, outstanding service.
