My experience with both Orkin's Andre then Joe was positive. First, Andre successfully got the bat out the door alive. Then he walked the perimeter of the house recommending that Orkin address where critters might be gaining access. A few days later, Joe came and buttoned up all those entry places, around the foundation, along the siding. Before and after pictures certainly proved to be reassuring. When signing up for service, Orkin ensured us that they would schedule trips when we called and requested service. Once they had our CC information on file, they kept sending techs to spray with no request on our end and charging the card.
