Great service, prompt, affordable, and personable. Very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and why. Everything happened as he explained and a large hornet nest problem turned into no problem by morning.

Niel is a master exterminator and is very knowledgable about all things bugs, insects, and pests! He is very professional and did a thorough job driving and terminating the ants, spiders, and hornets/wasps out of our home. He is communicative and arrives on time per scheduling requests - he even came out same-day to give an estimate and promptly tackled our pest problem within one week! Niel was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We knew we had an ant problem around our house, as well as a potential tick problem in our yard. When giving the estimate, he was very thorough and explained the treatment process with clarity. He was upfront with the service costs which seemed very reasonable. He even found a carpenter bee issue which I was unaware of. An appointment was scheduled quickly, and Niel took the time to show me where the discovered ant nests were and how the pesticides work. The ants started going after the bait immediately, so I am confident that the issue will be resolved quickly.

I am in town for the summer, staying at my parents house. They live on the river, so we get more spiders in/around the house than I prefer. I decided to hire an exterminator to get rid of them, and found Niel through Yelp. I submitted a request for a quote on a Saturday, he got back to me immediately and I booked him for Monday morning. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He also sprayed for bees. The whole service took him about a half hour. This was on May 24th....I haven't seen a single spider inside or out on the deck/porch since! Bees are gone as well! Absolutely worth every penny, and plan to use Niel every season!

The log cabin we moved into a couple years ago has a massive carpenter bee infestation. We called a few companies but were disappointed by pushy sales people who did not listen to our desire for a holistic management strategy, and they honestly did not seem to know very much about the biology of these bees. Finally, I spoke with Niel, and we're very happy we did. He was able to come out later that day for an estimate. After assessing our situation and listening to our concerns about long-term control, he proposed a strategy we liked, and was able to complete the work that day. Niel understands this species very well, and he listened to our concerns about minimizing pesticide use. He's professional, does excellent work at a very reasonable price and is highly informed about pest species (as opposed to just wanting to blast pesticide at any problem like the other companies we talked to!). Niel's also a great guy we enjoyed working with. We'll be calling Niel again for any new issues we have his company handles. Highly recommended!
