There wasn't a measurable difference, particularly with mosquitos, which was the main reason I signed up for the service on the day that I was accosted by a sales rep while checking my mail. Before you sign with them on an ipad, take an extra minute to read the terms and conditions. If you've ever tried to cancel a gym membership, you know where I'm going with this. You are not signing up for a season. You are signing up for a year. If you cancel before 12 months, there is a $250 cancellation fee. You will spend several hundred dollars, still have mosquitos, and then get stuck with a $250 cancellation fee. 2 stars instead of 1 because the service actually worked for the first 3-4 days of application.
Kaitlyn explained what she was going to do and why. She was patient, efficient and thorough- per usual.

We have had Fox for three seasons. Patrick was our Technition but looks like he got a promotion. (Go Patrick) We now have Katelyn as our Technition and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She took her time, listened to all of my concerns, made notes, and offered solutions to my problems. She was super friendly and knowledgable. I am very happy that she is now the main Technition assigned to my property. I know we are in good hands.

I know you tried to fix the problem however, after viewing your work from the inside there is still a substantial gap between the door and the ground surface which is unsatisfactory. I tried calling you but no answer. Please come back to complete the work or offer a refund, thank you!

Technician did not spray the back yard per our paid contract. Stated “Snow blocking the fence”. There’s two gates to enter the fence area. Plus technician took a zoomed in picture of the snow to be lazy, could have walked around the snow bank which is only 10 feet wide and entered the back yard….

Beware of this company. They come to your house and spam call you incessantly. I decided to get what I thought would be a one time treatment for summer. They sold me on the one time treatment fee but sent me a contract which I didn’t read for a 12 month period. The tech who did the service had me sign a handheld device and did not go over any of the contract. The cancellation fee is $250 or you are getting billed $65/month. This is not what I agreed to or was told. Please give this review thumbs up to boost the relevancy so others do not fall into the same trap.

We signed up with Fox Pest control in March 2024 (24 month contract). In May 2025, we added a flea/tick contract for 5 months, because our young child had a tick bite. The person we spoke with by phone said we would only be charged for 5 months. However apparently in the fine print of the new contract, it had two different durations for flea/tick spraying. In one part of the contract, it says it was a 12 month contract. In another part, it says it was a 24 month contract. Today we called for clarification. We asked to speak to a manager, and were told we could not speak with anyone other than the woman on the phone. Told we apparently have to pay much longer than we were anticipating. She told us it was a 24 month contract but then was surprised when she also saw that it said 12 months in another part of the contract. But either way, the guy who told us we would have to only pay 5 months was lying, or the woman we spoke to today is lying.

The technicians were always friendly and respectful. However, they require a multi year contract at the time of signing up which isn’t always fully disclosed. Breaking that contract requires the customer to pay a penalty. The treatments are however probably somewhat effective, but I’m sure it’s possible to get similar service as these companies are plentiful and Fox isn’t inexpensive.

Horrible company. WARNING STAY AWAY! Signed up for service. The guy said it would be a one time spray but when the tech showed up he had a form saying we were locked in for 2 years. Had to call the company to change service plan to agreed upon plan the kid knocking door to door said we were getting. They charged us more because of this. They claim they sprayed for bees. There was never any decrease in activity from bees. They said to wait 10 days to take effect. Now it's been 14 and I called saying they didn't spray right problem is same or worse. The guy first tried to sell me another plan. Then said they would charge to come back out. No guarantee on service. It's smoke and mirrors. Guys name was Conner. Wouldn't give last name then told me to be an adult when I said I wouldn't pay another dime to their scam company. Rude. Condescending. Lied to myself and my husband. Shady. Horrible experience. Con Artist. Stay away. Save your money

Awful service from Fox Pest Control. I had large hives and bees around my home, and they came out but barely did anything. The technician was here for about three minutes—I have camera footage to prove it—and the problem was never addressed. After making two attempts to get a refund, the company stopped responding altogether. Poor service, no accountability, and money wasted.

I was supposed to get a service call on 8/18/2025 in the AM but no one showed. I was home all morning and afternoon waiting for the technician to show. I received a notice that the service was performed! Maybe he went to the wrong house? I did respond but at this writing no one has responded back. I pay a monthly fee of $65.00. I have no proof that anyone showed or that anything was performed at my residence. Lou Denato

Sleazy contract. I had them before and they were good and then ended contract. About a year later I was looking to restart it but there is a hidden $450 fee if I cancel service - part of it is forfeiting a "discount" if I cancel ever, and the other part is a termination fee. I am glad I read the contract before signing (which I didn't!). Taking my business elsewhere.

Do NOT use these guys I can’t stress that enough. I schedule appointment it came to $475 for a single mouse treatment for 1,770 sq ft house but I didn’t have time to call around so I just said whatever. Initially it guy said $290 but then upped price $200 next day (if you include tax). Guy told me they’d be there tomorrow 8 AM to 6 PM. Five comes along and not a word, so I called and they said they’d have exterminator call me, he never did. I scheduled appointment via text so I figured they’d have my number and that was why they didn’t ask, but instead they just completely made up a phone number not even close to mine to cover for themselves. So I called had them correct the number and told them make sure guy got it. When I called again an hour later they said they were going to have exterminator call me and he just had one more house, that was a lie so I called again an hour later and she said she was going to get ahold of him and have him call me, after nothing for 40 minutes I called again, turns out they were closed for the night. Left a very angry message and plan to hurt their business as much as I possibly can. Meanwhile I have an Airbnb guest who is absolutely fuming and I can’t blame her. Worst part, I was such a hurry I paid with Chase card, who is notorious for letting companies scam their cardholders, they’ll look for any excuse they can find to cancel the dispute so more than likely I’m out $500 and I’ll have to sue them.
