I've used Ehrlich and Orkin over a 2 year period, with many months at a weekly service, only to be left with an untreated, unresolved issue. BBB in 60 days has all but eradicated both issues we had. Now, we're on a monthly maintenance with them and our issues remain resolved. Glenn knows exactly what he is trained for. #bravo
Secretary was very rude. Staff keeps arguing that they had wrong phone number and.came to exterminate for 2 days which was lies. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Zach came to our home and did a very thorough search while educating me as to what was most common. After he was done with inspection with me he walked my wife through what he had done with me as she had just came home, sharing his knowledge and giving her confidence we did not have the problem she thought we did. My wife is again my friend and talking to me in normal tone. Zach you da man!!!!!
Lack of reliability and poor communication holds this company back from being good. We had scheduled services on a few occasions where the technician never showed up. No call, no text, and no reply the day of nobody coming out to our home. This is a big problem especially when coordinating animals being secured for spraying. Not to mention these services are paid in a lump sum up front so they already collected full payment. I can’t recommend their services due to serious lack of accountability after already being paid for services.
BBG has solved ALL my insect issue! I call and they get me on the schedule quickly! If I have an emergency they fit me right in! Won’t use anyone else! Mike and the office staff are great…

I don’t know how people can give them great reviews. I’ve used them three times. Although the mice are gone for a short period of time, it has to be done every three months or so- I will live with that, however, the first time I made an appointment, they were a no call no show and I called and called, but they didn’t get back to me for three days. The second time, the owner was supposed to come and he was six hours late with no call and when I said something about it, he’s said well. I’m here now, Aren’t I? I called and the woman that works here said that it was the owner And they hope he will retire soon because he’s terrible. Today, I had an appointment for 10 AM. No big deal about 15 or 20 minutes, but I did call to make sure they were coming because of their past. The woman told me the appointment was not at 10 it was between nine and one which was not the case, she screamed at me, yelled at me and When I’d ask her something She ignored me, swore at me and hung up. I just got a call that they will be here in 10 minutes. That’s fine, but I will never deal with him again.
I have used BBG for years. Until this year. Had property sprayed for wasps, ants and spiders. Every window in my home was left an absolute mess because product was nort applied carefully but sprayed like a car wash. In addition heavy presence of ants and wasps remain. Called customer service was insulted, questioned as if I were lying about windows and offered no resolve other than to spray again.. BBG be gone from my list of good service providers.
I called this company last Wednesday due to a hornet infestation inside my house. I told the employee I would like service ASAP due to having an infant and having a mild bee allergy myself. They assured me they would come Thursday. Thursday came and went with no contact from Bugs Bee Gone. I tried to call them multiple times and left voicemails. I still have never heard back from them. Needless to say, I went with another exterminator (Orkin). No call no show is bad enough, but to not ever respond is beyond unprofessional.
After using this service for the last three years they told me today that they cannot treat carpenter bees. That was the purpose of why we called them. The service does not show when they should and not truthful about what they can treat. I would not use them and would try another vendor.
Stay away from this unprofessional family business. I paid for two applications for spiders because two applications are needed to cover the season. I had the first treatment with the arrogant son who forgot what he needed to service my crawl space. I called in September for my second application, that had already been paid, and set up the date. They never showed up and never called to explain. After many attempts to contact them they didn't have the decency to return my many calls. I called the son on his cell phone and he hung up on me without saying anything. So they have my money and I have spiders and bees. They could care less about you.
I scheduled an appt for Bugs Bee Gone to address bees nests on my property. The woman in the office got my appt scheduled with Glen with an arrival time between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. He was a no call no show. Do not waste your time with this company because they certainly don't value yours.
I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and then they simply didnt even show up, and didnt call me or anything. When I called, they told me they are on their way. Two hours later and no one showed up so I called again, and the second person I spoke with said that they couldnt come due to weather. The weather today was sunny, not windy and essentially perfect. This company is extremely unresponsive, not professional, doesnt really know what they are doing since they didnt even know what service I was getting, and every time you call you will get different information about what is happening. Very frustrating being at home all day waiting for them for nothing, one of the worse service experiences I have ever hard.
These people really had no respect for us or our time. One of your employees showed up one whole hour earlier than the expected 2-hour time window and got annoyed that I wasn't there (called me up and was rude on the phone), even though he was the one who got the time wrong. I had to rush back from my work but when I got there he was done and had left. Another of your employees basically showed up at the house without even making an appointment (and of course, I wasn't there again, so he was also rude and condescending to me on the phone, even though he never confirmed an appointment with me). You can't just show up at someone's house whenever you like and expect people to be home. It is not considerate. People have classes and work and other things going on in their lives. It's not that hard to make an appointment with a customer and to just show up within the expected 2-hour window when you know someone will actually be there. If you are going to be early or late, at least have the consideration to communicate with your customers. It's honestly not that difficult, which is why I'm stunned that this happened twice when we hired these people. Also, the exterminators didn't honestly seem that knowledgeable. They seemed to think that the flea infestation was caused by a "hitchhiker" situation where a cat or dog (or a person???) lived in my apartment while I was away, which makes absolutely no sense, as my apartment was locked for 2 months while I was on winter break. The fleas must have been coming from squirrels that lived in the roof - even I know that, and I'm not an exterminator. It's just basic common sense. At the moment, the fleas are gone now, even though it took them 3 tries to get rid of them.... anyway, I'm quite surprised by all the positive reviews. My landlord and I agreed that we will never hire these people again as they have failed several times to respect us and our time.
