Gerald was very professional, and very friendly. I have used him many times. His spray works very good. He was fast to arrive and on time. He works fast and does quality work. I would recommend Tony's Exterminating to any needing any kind of exterminating. Quality work is tough to find nowadays so call Gerald.

I called Tony's because Bob Reed never called me back! I'm glad I did, because the nice lady who answered the phone put me in touch immediately with an exterminator by the name of Gerald. We set up an appointment for the next morning, and he was on time. What a nice, intelligent and pleasant young man! It wasn't much more to take care of the inside of the home also, and he quoted me a price for inside and outside which was a much better deal than Bob Reed. We are having a giant migration of water bugs. He was familiar with them, and knew what to do. I showed him the problem areas and he got right on it. I would say he was efficient and thorough. He explained that after it dries, we don't have to worry about rain diminishing the effectiveness. He invited me to call again if there are any further issues. So far an exceptional experience.

Would not reccomend! Very sloppy job, didn't take his time. a job that should have taken him at least 90min took him no more that 40min if that. He guaranteed his and after calling him he never returned. You are wasting your money.
