I have called 3 different numbers, trying to get a hold of them. They were supposed to come at the beginning of August, and our account still just says “upcoming”. It has been like this for several times, as we have had to call in the past to ask when they are coming. We’ve had increased issues with pests..ants, spiders, weeds..like we never had before. We will be going back to our original pest company we were using. Do not recommend this company.

Chris gets a 5/5 for his work. He’s always super kind and makes sure everything is taken care of. The scheduling seems to have some issues, but they are very responsive when I do have to make contact. It would be a 5/5 if the scheduler was as good as the service provider.

Koralie did a great job of explaining every detail of the treatment before ahe arrived and followed through with a quick/thorough inside and outside service of my house. Overall, a 10 out of 10.
