When we first moved here, I knew we'd need a solid pest control company—New Mexico has its share of creepy crawlies like scorpions, ants, spiders, and roaches that can really catch you off guard. I called Bob Reed Pest Control and got connected with Esai. Right from the start, the guy was awesome. He worked around my schedule without any hassle, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything in plain English—no jargon, just straightforward info about what he was doing, the products, and how to keep things under control long-term. What really stood out was how he put my wife at ease. She's not a fan of bugs (who is?), especially hearing about all the local ones, but Esai was patient, answered every question calmly, and made her feel like it was no big deal—he had it handled. His knowledge and chill attitude turned what could've been a stressful first service into something we both felt good about. Esai's just one of those pros who genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure you're comfortable. I've been using Bob breed's pest control. Since I've lived in Roswell, New Mexico, I'm from Florida. I had scorpions when they sprayed the scorpions away. It was insane, killing one scorpion a day, At my new residence, I have the German cockroaches, the ones that are very hard to get rid of and I just saw a couple today, but it's because I left the door open, but they sprayed like 3 months ago and I used to see 5 or 10A day. So after 3 months, seeing a couple, because I left the door open. I just wanna say I'm glad I'm using this company.it cost more bit I'm not living with all my cutlery in ice chest.ohya same guy spraying for years he always goes out of his way way.i just realized I leave as soon as he shows up because he always locks up too.:)

It kills scorpions and iv been using them for 4 yrs now.

Dude came to my apartment for an inspection and yelled at me. Weird.. like I'm deaf and stupid. I didn't get a chance to even speak. Deb 💙

The technician was professional and took care of the problem.

Charged me (the realtor) because I ordered a termite inspection for a transaction. This expense should have been passed onto the seller as I told them when I first called in.

If you've got pests "insects not people" give them a call they know what they're doing! And they've been here since the early 70's. Very affordable!

They were coming out regularly then just stopped called and was connected to a tec he gave me different price called the office she said they were to busy and couldn't give me a time or date they could cone out. So I guess it time to find to move on

The employees of this company drilled holes in my yard without my permission when servicing the house next door. Also, parked long ways across my drive not once but at least 3 times all while the house they were servicing had an empty driveway. Seem to have no common sense at all. Used my yard as their personal walkway. No respect for others property at all.

Person driving a Bob reed company vehicle cut me off at a 4 way stop sign and didn't even bother to stop at the sign just kept going.

Too expensive

Courteous and knowledgeable, but definitely NOT fast. They always say "our technician will call you within a few days" yet it always takes at least a week, 2 to 3 weeks in the late spring and summer. Hardly the fast service you would expect or desire if you had a pest problem. After multiple phone calls and asking for explanation of the slow service, we were told that different technicians service different areas, and apparantly our area (south-west Roswell) is "one of the busiest." Perhaps in a different location, results may vary? I still gave 3 stars in the interest of fairness, because I've had many other people tell me that they use Bob Reed on a regular basis and have not had issues getting them to come out like we have had. Maybe they just live in a different part of town? Up to you.
