This local, family owned business has been giving my family services for over ten years now. SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a pest emergency recently and Brad came to the rescue ASAP. Great prices and after the job is finished, you will have ZERO pests. They have treated areas like my home, outside, even used safe materials to treat around a pond(for black widows) I had a few years ago. This guy does it all and leaves me relieved because I know I won’t see a bug-usually ever again. One yearly treatment and not a spider or roach in sight.

We contract David to perform termite inspections for the homes we inspect, and he has consistently delivered excellent service. David is always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough—he truly leaves no stone unturned. Wasn’t sure what termites looked like or if I had them. A couple people said i should call David at Desert Oasis. He came right when he said he would. Told me it was termites and would treat them. I called about a scorpion in my light fixture and they came the same day, within 20 to 30 minutes. I think the technician’s name was David and he was awesome. Very professional and friendly. He took care of it in 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend!

This company treated me like family. It was truly a great experience considering the anxiety I had about my home, being infested by ants, having a bee hive and finding a termite! They had the best prices in town, handled all three issues quickly and I haven't seen anything since! They were quick, efficient and polite. I will be going to them for any future issues and recommending to everyone.

Desert Oasis was outstanding from the first phone call to the service delivery! Steve arrived 4 minutes early, he was knowledgeable, and quite pleasant. We had two homes remediated and both were done in a timely manner with kind customer care. We will use their service in the future.

Brad is SO responsive and professional and always does an AMAZING job! This is the 5th year I've had him service the perimeter of the house, and he will be my go-to guy as long as I own this house. Excellent! Thinking I might have termites in my walls, I was able to upload photos of what I was seeing so they could take a look without coming out to the house. They determined that my holes were nail holes and NOT termite holes and even sent me back photos of what real termite wall holes look like (from houses they have treated previously), so I would know what to look for in the future, just in case. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve been with this Company for 4 years now, they are efficient and very professional! They’ve worked with me if I had to change an appointment and came quickly the, as a new client, the one time I thought the bugs were going to carry my house away. I would recommend this company to my family

Last year when we put our house up for sale the buyer hired him for a home inspection, told us we had termites, one little bubble in our drywall, under the bathtub, By the way he also said he could treat it for a price. We hired our own inspector ( because we knew we did not have termites) who told us there was absolutely no evidence of termites, guess what our guy didn’t treat termites so he didn’t care either way. My advice, don’t ever hire an inspector who also treats. There is lobbying going on for this to become a law. If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. 🤔

Had an appointment at 9 am, no show. Did not call me. I called at 9:30 and he said he forgot he had something else already scheduled. I do not recommend.
