Today we got our house serviced by the pest control MARK. And I want to say I’m very unsatisfied with the service he had provided. He didn’t spent no time spraying our house which made me feel like it’s wasn’t fully serviced and when asked to spray certain areas of the house he was giving the ugliest attitude to me and my roomates telling us he cant spray around belongings but we CLEARLY MOVED OUR THING SO HE CAN. After not spraying those areas we asked. he rushed out and left. We will not be asking for this mark guy to come back and will consider using a different service given this incredibly rude attitude

Daniel is always very polite, courteous and professional when he comes to spray our yard. He is very thorough in spaying around our home and other structures on the property. I would definitely recommend BugOut to family and friends. We have never had an issue after they spray and they are prompt to come out if we have any issues between treatments.

We have been Bug Out customers for about 15 years. They are affordable and reliable. They always provide excellent service. They send monthly appointment reminders, and their technicians are great at communicating their estimated arrival times. They show up when they say they will.

***BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU*** I never had a signed contract with BugOut, yet they signed me up for monthly auto-billing and then sent it to collections when I did not pay it. I have asked multiple times for them to provide a signed contract stating I was signing up for monthly auto-billing and they have not been able to.

Had spiders back in the house the week after they came out. Did not work for me at all👎🏼 over priced for the quality of work. Called customer service to get it fixed and they put me on hold for an hour and a half. So unprofessional

I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. I put a large complex in the hands of Rent o kill (Bug Out) and its been a month and the service has yet to be fully completed. 1st attempt they show up for a major service with no idea what exactly they are supposed to do and then proceed to do it incomplete 2nd attempt they cancel due to wind which is understandable and indicate they would return the next day (NEVER SHOW UP) 3rd Attempt they call and after expressing my displeasure of how this is going I ask them to review what they are supposed to even be doing and guess what they have it completely wrong. There is a major disconnect and I'm not sure this company has what it takes to even perform work on a major contract without getting every step incorrect.

I had Bugout treat a cockroach infestation on an empty home that had been vacant for over a year. They did a quick run through with poison and when I asked the exterminator to spray under the house they wouldn't. Just sprayed from the access doorway, the crawl was over 4' tall but they wouldn't go under. Never saw any change with the pests, only saw a few beetles had died but watched roaches walked regularly right through areas that were sprayed. Contacted Bugout under their 30 day guarantee to come back out but tried to get the representative that had originally come out to do the survey, Landon, as he did a thorough inspection and went all the way under the house. I was told that fellow was in sales and didn't do exterminations. Talked with the area supervisor and was assured that this time they would go under to spray, also because it took a few days over the 30, that I still wouldn't be charged for a call-out and it would be under the guarantee. I reluctantly had another guy come out, think it was the same exterminator, and he did a quick once over again and again wouldn't go under the house. Again, never saw any type of change with the bugs despite there not being anything attracting them in a clean empty house. I was contacted a few weeks later to be told my payment has been received and account was up to date. I was recently contacted months later and was told I owed for a call-out. Tried explaining that I had paid already and they were probably double charging my account over the guarantee call-out. Then I get another email a few weeks later from a creditor stating that my account had been turned into them as delinquent. The records they provided show a payment for the initial and no payment on the second. Is very frustrating. The treatments were completely ineffective and I'm being charged twice for it. I really shouldn't have had to have paid anything for service that did absolutely nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company for your pest control needs. Phil Account # 3677580

I’m honestly disappointed in my service from Bugout now. I’ve told them multiple times that I will not be available until after 4pm. They fail to acknowledge this and attempt coming in the mornings time and time again. I work so I cannot be there and I cannot schedule off for this. It’s been almost three months since the last appointment and I’m really needing service! I am going to be super furious if this continues into this month of October!!! Customer service has gone downhill ever since Anthony left. I am SUPER upset about this.

Initially I thought they’d be great. I was explained I’d pay $150 for the first visit which would cover outside & inside, then they’d come once a month for $50/month. The first time I got invoice the entire year which was $600. I called and they “corrected it” which wasn’t true. I then got invoiced $100 for the following month. It turns out it’s $50 every month but they only go every other month. Apart from that, if what I paid was the cost of being pest free I’d just deal with it. The issue was not corrected. My friend recommended a different pest control for $50/month and they’d spray as many times needed per month. I’ve noticed improvement. If you’re looking for an effective pest control for the price you agree upon, DO NOT hire Bug Out

I am very disappointed had a scheduled appointment I received a text from Landon introducing himself so I called him explaining what issues I'm having he stated that he didn't know why he was scheduled when he was working 2 hours away from where I live that is a lack of communication on his part he was blaming someone else for his mistake was not taking responsibility so where it upset me more he asked me to take pictures that was his way of evaluating the problem that is very unprofessional of him I canceled glad I didn't use this company red flags were raised immediately. Sad I had to leave one star had it been a scale from 0-10.....0 would of nailed it.

If you decide to go with this company be careful. They will set up up on an autopay without your knowledge. I had service with them years ago, they did a good job. I stopped using them because as they did good they weren’t great. I still had bugs here and there. So I didn’t return to them til years later. I figured I’ll give them another chance since their rating is now at a 4.9. Big mistake, I call make an appointment, put an updated card on file. They explain this is required now to reserve your appointment so people don’t cancel after the 24 hour window without being charged. Shortly after I talk to the agent I call back and cancel being that this is my Airbnb and I have guests there the day they wanted to show. I let them all know I wanted to cancel my appointment all together and if I decided to go with them after all I’d call back to book. Months down the road I get this change at 2:00 A.M my card is billed for bug out. I call for the lady to tell me. They had put me on an autopay. I never had given authorization for them to do so. & when I had canceled my appointment they never did. What they did is put my appointment as rescheduled for a random date and than charged me for the services I never received. Keep in mind when I did cancel I was well within the needed time to cancel. I’d say about 3 weeks ahead if not more. Hate for this to happen to someone else.

I have been using NM Pest Control for several years. They have always been willing to work around my crazy schedule, and have made every effort to do the best job possible. I highly recommend them! **EDIT** Ever since New Mexico Pest Control changed to Bug Out, service has been terrible. Technicians spraying chemical in dog bowls, not spraying the entire area required, phone calls not being returned. Would not recommend Bug Out.
