Horrible customer service! Easiest one star I've ever given. Called yesterday with an urgent situation. Bee filled room with a newborn and small dog. It's been a nightmare shuffling everyone around trying to take care of my family... appointment was supposed to be today from 1-5PM. Big window. But ok. I'll stay home from work. Called FIVE times for an update. The customer service was nearly useless as all they could do was try to call the "technician" who apparently didn't pick up for them. Ther

I’ve been using Terminix for quite some time now and it’s been helpful to keep unwanted bugs away. Carlos is the usual technician that comes and services our home.
