We also offer text messaging. We offer pest control service for ants, termites, cave crickets, spiders, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets, fleas, mice, rats, squirrels, bats and many more. Most all services come with a warranty. With our pet-friendly, non-chemical pest control and extermination services, our technicians are here to help.

I spent about $700 on two visits and nothing changed at all. I still have an infestation. I was told at the start of this hire that there was no guarantee, but I assumed they took pride in what they do and maybe they would try something or offer some sort of help. Nope. I just received a message that there is no guarantee. I'm sure they'll spend more effort explaining how the customer (me) is in the wrong and how they aren't obligated to help at this point, but I want people to know I feel taken advantage of. $700 is a lot for a service that didn't seem to do anything.

We strongly disagree with this characterization of our service.<br><br>From the very beginning, we were completely upfront about the challenges involved. You were clearly informed that because your home is connected to neighboring units with active roach infestations, results would be limited without cooperation from those units. You acknowledged and agreed to proceed with that understanding, including the fact that there was no guarantee.<br><br>Additionally, you were not charged our standard treatment rate of $450. Instead, we only charged a reduced $150 service fee as a courtesy, given the circumstances.<br><br>It is misleading to suggest that “nothing was done” or that you were taken advantage of. The reality is that pest control in multi-unit housing is heavily dependent on factors outside of any single service provider’s control, and this was explained to you in detail beforehand.<br><br>We stand by the honesty and transparency of our service. While we understand your frustration, we will not accept inaccurate claims about our business.
Eddie was my service man, showed up on time, was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Took his time to inspect and Inform me about my rodent problem. Was very pleased with his service.

I wanted to make a shoutout to Eddy my serviceman at Mrs. Buzz, he gave me great details on the first visit service. He was excellent to talk to even though he claims he isn't the best at English, even when he thought he was too complex, he wrote it down on the phone with translation even though I don't think it was necessary! This guy really knows how to take care of you. He laid numerous traps within my kitchen, garage, and attic and showed me along the way, he also plugged a possible throughway in my garage. We even talked about music when he saw my music space, he was kind, informative and so was Crystal on the phone when I had follow-up questions about the service. Eddy also sprayed outside to deter rodents as well. Thanks to Mrs. Buzz and their efforts.

They were great at first. We asked about them coming out to do the inside again and got the run around for weeks along with a bad attitude. Reply to owner: it absolutely reflects the situation. I called and texted with you on 1/28 when you stated you would get back to me with a date to come out. On 2/6 I texted back since I hadn't heard from you and was met with attitude because you "have 4000 accounts" (a fact you seem to throw at your customers often per the reviews I read which is outstanding based on how you speak to customers and your inability to keep track of them and serve them) and I was Still not provided with a date for you to come back. I was again told you would get back to me and you did not until today 2/23, and you only reached out because of our routine visit. I also can't have an "outstanding balance" as they're automatic payments. Every bad review here is met with "this doesn't reflect the situation" "we did not do what you're saying". Learn to take accountability and admit when you've done wrong by a customer!

It was my first time having to call an extermination service for mice. When I first called to get a quote, Brandon talked me through my options and was super kind and informative. He followed through with me the next day and helped schedule my appointment. Tyler was my technician and he was punctual, polite and did a quick and thorough job. They were both super professional and made me feel confident that my mice problem would be resolved. 10/10 recommend. :)

Mrs. Bzzz Pest and Termite Solutions is hands down the answer for your pest or termite issue. After finding out that we had a minor rodent issue, we placed a call to Brian and he was very prompt on scheduling a site visit. His work ethic was very visible as he took the time to thoroughly find the entry points of the issue and take the necessary precautions to prevent further problems. I found this company on a quick Google search and learned that they are a family business and have been in business for over 15 years and they have recently expanded into the NC area. If you are looking for a pest control company that is prompt, timley, thorough, curtious and responsive Mrs. Bzzz Pest & Termite will take care of you. I will definitley use their services in the future and higly recommend.

I called yesterday to have a yellow jacket problem taken care of. They scheduled me immediately for today. The technician called me and told me he would be arriving in 20 minutes.This was within the time window I was given. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to find the source of my problem immediately. He sprayed my entire house outside very quickly. He explained the amount of time it would take for his spray to kill the bees and assured me that the bees would be gone . He also told me that if the problem should continue to call them and they would come back . I highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with and had very good prices.

We called about a wasp infestation. We explained that we had a baby in the house and wanted to know if they could send someone same day. They couldn’t. They claimed we would be covered for 30 days. 2 weeks later we saw signs of more wasps getting inside the house and were told that if there was “no outside activity” or “wasps by the windows outside”there would be an additional fee of $150. Find another company that honors their “guarantee”

While we strive to accommodate same-day service whenever possible, during peak season, our schedule can be limited. Despite this, we ensured your home was treated thoroughly and with extra care. In fact, our technician went above and beyond by vacuuming up the dead wasps inside your home—something not typically included in a standard treatment.<br><br>As was explained at the time of service, once the external wasp activity has ceased, it means the nest has been successfully neutralized. However, late-season treatments (especially in the fall) can still result in some emergent activity indoors for up to 30 days. This is due to pre-existing wasps inside walls or attics that may not have been exposed to the treatment immediately, but will soon die off as they cannot sustain themselves.<br><br>We do provide a 30-day coverage for these types of treatments, as stated. However, for us to determine whether the issue is ongoing or a new/separate concern, we need to verify the presence of continued external activity, which would suggest a reinfestation or missed nest. In this case, you gave conflicting information about what you were seeing, and there was no clear evidence of new or ongoing outside wasp activity. Based on that, the technician correctly explained that a return visit would not be covered under warranty and would incur a service fee.<br><br>We pride ourselves on standing behind our work and honoring all valid guarantees. We also aim to treat every customer fairly and with respect. While we understand your frustration, requesting a free follow-up treatment without new qualifying activity goes beyond the scope of the warranty we provide.<br><br>We are always happy to reassess if circumstances change or if new evidence of external activity emerges. We absolutely love Mrs. Bzzz Pest Control! They're pricing is fair and competitive, especially with their subscription plan. The team is professional but also really friendly and approachable, and they’re super clear about what they’re doing. When we had a yellow jacket problem, Anthony was fantastic—he not only took care of the nest but also explained everything along the way. He even spotted and removed a few other wasp nests and a hornet's nest, and they sprayed our finished basement for spiders at no extra charge (which is included with the subscription). Honestly, every homeowner should consider signing up—it's totally worth it, especially if you’re dealing with insects like we often do.

I have never been more disrespected by a business in my life. They promised to alleviate a carpenter bee issue. Came several times and we still have bees burrowing into our garage and home. When we asked to be released from their service due to their inability to provide the solution we paid for. The owner told my husband “how are we so pathetic that we can’t afford $50 a month “. No sir. We won’t donate $50 a month to you and your family business when you cannot deliver the services that fee is for. You have many negative reviews. We aren’t the only ones. Absolutely abhorrent business management. I warn anyone to NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. Let me start off by saying the owner Tyler, if it is even him because I was lied to several times by this company. Back to Tyler, he is a narcissistic, entitled, arrogant and very stupid person. I wanted to cancel my service with them and he called me to argue with me and wait for it… call me and my wife “pathetic” for not being able to afford $50 bucks a month. I guess in his delusional world, people have to pay for a service that is not fulfilled? I wouldn’t know because he didn’t let me even speak on the phone. I’ve never in my life, been treated so poorly by any business. I will be also going to the BBB to complain about them. Oh and my other favorite, he got but hurt with me because I complained about his two kids! Lol The one is a liar and the other one Came here for less than five minutes and was too busy on the phone, talking to his girlfriend too his JOB!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They are extremely rude and insulted me on the phone. That is not how you run a business. Maybe he should go back to school and learn how to run a company. Tyler claims he is one of the owners with the worst customer service said “ It most certainly was explained im one of the owners and did the service myself.” Then he said “ That’s not our problem We have thousands of accounts we can’t make arrangements weeks in advance to make sure someone is home to access the back yard. Do you understand?“ the issue was I have a townhouse with a private yard so someone had to be home and they made a automated appointment. And all the issues were in the backyard but there to busy to make sure somebody will be home. The first appointment was good it’s to bad Tyler was so disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money. Reliable service is truly valuable in today's world. It's disappointing when expectations aren't met, as good service builds trust. Because they never follow up with ther service . I'm still waiting for them to come the get the job done but they continue getting pay every month. I don't recommend their service . They say they come out anytime you need something I'm still waiting for that 3 months later . NO is not a mistake check your records you probably have it under my wife's name . I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Mrs Bzzz and felt compelled to share. I reached out because I’m hosting an event this Sunday and needed pest control service beforehand. I called their office three times in the morning, hoping to catch someone live since I’ll be in meetings all day and couldn’t play phone tag. After my third call, a manager finally answered—and instead of helping me, he scolded me for calling multiple times. His exact words were, “You called three times and it costs us money every time you call. Why didn’t you just leave a message?” I was shocked and honestly confused. I was simply trying to get a service I’m already paying for. This interaction was the final straw. I’ve already noticed that their team only shows up when I reach out—they’ve never been proactive, which defeats the point of having regular pest control. After that phone call, I immediately asked to cancel my contract. I refuse to give my money to a company that treats paying customers with such disrespect and lacks even the most basic professionalism. UPDATE for Mrs. Bzzz: First, several of the service dates you mentioned were prompted by my own requests—not simply scheduled by your team. It’s important to note that I am not someone who writes false or misleading reviews. I’ve only shared my experience honestly. Also, you failed to address a key issue I raised: I am still waiting for a confirmation of my service cancellation agreement. That request remains unresolved. In addition to these scheduled visits, we went above and beyond by providing two additional no-charge services on 2/3/2025 and 7/5/2025, as a courtesy.<br><br>Regarding the phone call: our automated system clearly states that Option 2 is for current customers, and instructs callers to leave a message so that our team can review their account and provide accurate scheduling. Ignoring these instructions and repeatedly calling does not expedite service—it disrupts workflow and leads to confusion. Service was good, but miscommunication from the owner led to confusion, and he later only spoke to us with blunt, abrasive messages while rejecting any fault in the matter. We found some German cockroaches in our home and hired Mrs. Bzzz for extermination services. The owner initially spoke with my wife with some information on the process and scheduled the first of two appointments. We were told the technician would arrive within a set window, and we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He showed up exactly at 10AM without us ever receiving a call, and the technician told us that he was just told to come at 10. Not a huge deal, as the technician was patient as we prepared for him to begin (we needed to move our pets outside). All we were told about the second appointment was that there would be a follow-up in 14 days. Our only email receipt noted “Allow 14 days for control. Thank you.” 14 days later was a Monday, so we were unable to get in touch with Mrs. Bzzz to confirm. We spent time on Sunday clearing out our kitchen to prepare for the technician’s arrival and avoid the rush that we had faced during the first appointment. First thing Monday morning, my wife called the company. The owner told us that our appointment was one week later. When she pointed out that we were told 14 days, the owner denied it and became defensive. I now believe he thinks “follow-up” only means a follow up phone call and not a follow-up appointment, which of course is confusing if you provide no clarification. He also said a few contradictory things that didn’t quite match with that idea—specifically that 14 days meant 14 business days (something that hadn’t been mentioned until then, and our second appointment ended up being 15 business days later), and that they already had scheduled a second appointment for us (also the first time we were hearing that, and it makes you wonder why they don’t just don’t tell you that over the initial call). He also kept repeating “We’ve been in business for 30 years” instead of answering her questions or making any attempt to acknowledge any fault in the miscommunication. I later tried to call the company, but they were only responding via text. Over text, the owner was instantly curt with me , accusing me of trying to “pressure” him into something he said was already communicated to me. Not really sure what that meant, but probably not a great way to kick off a conversation with your customer. He continued to not answer my questions, so I pointed out all the miscommunication we had received from him and how we never did receive a call when the technician was on his way (something the owner still hasn’t addressed). His response was for me to stop messaging them—at this point I am still a customer who has only received a portion of the service I have paid for and have not had my questions answered. He once again became defensive, claiming that I was calling him a liar—something no one did; all I wanted was for him to answer my questions and give the slightest acknowledgement of a miscommunication. The worst part was he doubled down on it all being my wife’s fault. He has also claimed that this information was clear in our confirmation email, but we did not receive a confirmation email (not even in spam). The only email we received was from the technician after he completed the first service, and it contains none of this information. What’s crazy is that none of this needed to be a big issue at all. It’s not a big deal if you forget to mention something over the phone or fail to convey your meaning. I get it—it’s hard to deal with a customer issue first thing in the morning. But being so stubborn and completely rejecting any fault by trying to gaslight your customers is just not okay. I guess they do the job, but it might not be worth it to be treated poorly by the owner. Update: I appreciate the owner being more cordial here, but he continues to conveniently stretch the truth. We DID clean out our cabinets before the technician came. Why can't this guy just accept fault?

Thanks for stopping by to leave us a review, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a cockroach problem as a homeowner. We apologize that you did not understand the difference between 14 working days and 14 normal days. We will do a better job in the future to make sure it is better communicated to the customer. On the initial call we have a pretty straightforward prep sheet that is communicated to the person that calls in for the service. We have no one by the name of (Brad Kelechava) in our system. I am assuming your wife was the person calling in. On that initial call all preparation details prior to us performing the services was communicated to her about emptying all cabinets prior to arrival, and getting pets out of the house. When our technician arrived none of this was done. This as a result can cause us to be late to our other customers which is not fair to them. The appointment time frame means our service tech can arrive anywhere between 8 and 10 am. He arrived at 10am. We will do a better job communicating this as well to our customers. After calling them about wasps in the house, we were told to ignore them and nobody even came to check the house. Our family now has been stung repeatedly and has had to use another service who actually did come to the house.
