I’m thrilled to have finally cancelled my services with Viking. Unless you work from home, don’t bother getting a contract with them. They are horrible about communicating when they’re coming and expect you to drop what you’re doing to get back there. They don’t update the service reports fully, with errors and repeatedly wrong information. My favorite is I installed the sensors to track activity. I never received any motion alerts, which I thought was odd because we had droppings and activity.
