We had a very unprofessional experience with a Terminix inspector (Christian). Even though we agreed to let him stop by early, that did not give him the right to pull into our private driveway without asking. Basic respect would’ve been to park on the street and walk up to the door. On top of that, when we questioned it, he acted entitled and dismissive, saying he had the “right” to be there and basically told us to file a complaint if we didn’t like it, handing us his card.
