Save yourself the trouble. Said job would be done in 2 weeks. Week 1 was great. Week 2 only 1 man came back to work on the house. Nothing Week 3 or 4. Week 5 he came to collect payment. We finished the job ourselves. The finishing touches they did were so sloppy.

Great group of guys! Andy, Charlie, and Lee were awesome! Very professional and took great care of my house. Answered all my questions and completed the work in a timely fashion. After cleanup never knew they were here. Highly recommend these guys for superior structural repairs. Thanks again!

Excellent workmanship, fair prices, reliable, courteous, punctual. What more can you ask for these days? His dog is super friendly, don't listen to reviews that badmouth him or his dog. Dog stays in the truck (windows open and properly cared for), unless he is invited to come out. I invited him out and he was a pleasure to have around, as were Andy and crew.

I hired Cozens Brothers to fix termite damage in my basement and crawlspace. They were very professional and the crew worked fast and got the job done sooner than expected. Everyone was courteous and the price was $1100 cheaper than the 3 other quotes I got! They did the job legally with permits, and they used all pressure-treated lumber. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for structural repairs.

I called Andy to set up the appointment, and asked him to call me when he was on his way so I could leave work and meet him at my house. The day of the appointment he called me to tell me he was at my house already, so I rushed and left work and was on my way. Five minutes later he called again to tell me he was still waiting on my house (which I thought was rude since this was why I had asked him to call when he was enroute). We get there and I was greeted by his pitbull first. Then before I shook his hand, I was greeted with the overwhelming smell of ALCOHOL on his breath! I tried to just finish the appointment and get him off my property, and in the ten minutes he was at my house he was insulting and cursing. Not a good way to make an impression on a potential customer. I would NEVER use this company.
