Update: 3 months later… and they are still repeatedly telling me they’ll call me in 24-48 hrs. The service I paid for still has not been completed. Should have gone with Allied in the end. Issues: The sales sell a quarterly service and we agreed on a three times service. As everyone can see on my Google review. The service is not good. And also, I checked some other Google reviews said that it is not easy to cancel the service. I was wondering why I need to cancel the service. My service should end after three times.
