I had a fantastic experience with this company. We had been dealing with a lingering issue with ants, and no matter what we tried from the store it just couldn't seem to do the trick. I called GenExt and spoke with Vinnie. He thoroughly explained our options for an interior & exterior treatment. After about 10-15 minutes of educating dialogue, Vinnie had me scheduled & was able to fit me in for a same day service. Vinnie came out for the service himself. He was prompt, polite, and professional. We opted for a 1 time treatment that carried a warranty in case there was any need for a follow up. Vinnie checked in several times over the course of 2 weeks to ensure we were satisfied with our treatment-which we absolutely are! We have not seen an ant since the day Vinnie came out. If you're in need of an exterminator I can't say enough good things about Vinnie & GenExt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Unreliable. Never showed up during timeframe given, didn't call or respond to my text on if they were coming. Wasted a half day from work waiting. Terminix may cost a more, but at least they show up, do the job, and don't waste your time.

Super satisfied customer! Vinny came out the very next day, was right on time, explained everything (including the generous warranty) and was just a pleasure to deal with. He followed up twice as promised, but we had no issues after the treatment was applied. Highly recommend this company!

I called GenExt late on a Friday afternoon about a wasp nest. I left a message not expecting to hear back until Monday. Vinnie called me back within an hour and arrived at my property after 6 pm. He quickly dealt with the yellow jackets and cleaned up the mess. I won’t hesitate to reach out in the future!

Great service! Checked every week to make sure things were moving smoothly, and even though we had a come back they came out right away and cleared out all issues and still asked for updates. Definitely recommend this reliable company.

We had Vinnie and his dad come out today due to a massive baldfaced hornets nest that was starting to become aggressive. He responded right away and they made the time to come out last minute today. He said it was one of the worst one he’s seen all year but that didn’t stop him from getting it down from over 14ft up in a tree, they even got the queen with no issue! Was very kind, answered all questions, and made sure we were good to go with our safety concerns of the dogs going nearby outback and my own bee allergy. My neighbor and I are very grateful, we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I can’t recommend GenEXT enough! We had a serious yellow jacket issue, and they came out fast, were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled safely and thoroughly. They were not only knowledgeable and affordable, but also so compassionate and accommodating which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. If you’re dealing with any kind of pest problem, Gen EXT is absolutely the company to call.

This review is a bit complex. I will break it down in 3 parts: 1) While I was dealing with our ant issue organically, I realized this summer that we needed professional interference. I focused my search on local, small businesses and found Genext. I called & left a message and the owner responded that same day. 2) Vincent (Vinnie) arrived on the date (7/11), and between the agreed upon timeline. He was professional, and went right to work after the usual niceties. Vinnie treated the entire house with the exception of the garage. As he worked through the home, he explained his process, and we briefly discussed his follow up treatment costs. At that time he stated that the contract will have to be signed prior to the 30 day "warranty". I paid the $266.56 via zelle and Vinnie went on his way. Vinnie called a few days after the initial treatment to inquire about its effectiveness. At that point all was good. 3) On 7/23, I called Vinnie as I noticed a few repeat offenders in our garage pantry. Vinnie was polite and came out at the promised time. Before he started the treatment in the garage, I expressed a desire to move forward with the follow up treatments. Vinnie left and emailed a contract same day at 2:26P I read the contract, and texted my first question at 3:24P and a second question at 4:23P. On 7/25, I emailed Vinnie my questions since my text messages went unanswered. On 7/29, I called Vinnie and left a message - after allowing the phone to ring over 6x - asking if he was OK. I referenced my text & email messages and stated that I was ready to move forward with the contract once my questions were addressed. I ended the call by asking Vinnie to let me know if he no longer wanted to do business. It is 8/2, and I have not received a response. I get the subtle message...I will take my business & $$ somewhere else.

Another company came out before genext and told me I had a bat issue and quoted me thousands of dollars to correct it. This company came out honestly, checked, and told me that the pest situation was mice and provided a reasonably priced estimate and solutions to this issue. Thankful for an honest company that is going to help me keep my home and family safe from rodents vs. big brand servicers giving you a run for your money. Edit: was really excited for service but was never sent a contract. Reached out multiple times to get it and no response. Not sure what happened. Feels like this company is a one man show and struggling to take on new client’s potentially. Changed from 5 stars to 2 due to never getting service following inspection.

This is in response to my previous complaint about the service from this company. I read the reply from the owner with interest. First of all, it never addresses the fact that I called 2-3 times and never got a return call. Notwithstanding, if the owner's notes state that the root of the problem was the cat issue in the basement that was NEVER conveyed to me. If I had known that I would have addressed the issue right away. Also, I fail to understand how they relate, since our cats' (plural we have 3) litter box is 20 feet away from the drain

He came out twice to help with fungus flies in bathroom. He came back out when we still had a problem. When he came back the second time he advised that he would come back a third time and "go nuclear" on bugs. I called and texted at least 4 times, the first time he responded he would call me back and schedule for the next day. He never called back and will not return my calls. The bug problem is worse than ever and now we are stuck with biblical level infestation. Very disappointing.

Had an appointment scheduled with Vinnie, but never showed up and didn’t have the courtesy to inform me. Took off from work and waited all that. Bad business acumen
