Although I have not received my first treatment since I am a new customer, I would rate Rich Green Lawns as “outstanding.” I left a company who I had for a long time and signed up with Rich Green Lawns due to their response. They always called back and were precise on the details of their service. The phone rep (I think it was Maria) was professional and polite. I really like the way they handle a “new customer.”

My lawn wasn't in good shape earlier this year. Your team made several recommendations including lime application, aeration, and reseeding which made a tremendous difference. I only have a few spots that need a little work now. Your team always was very responsive to any questions and requests made and followed through without requiring further follow-up. Your team provided excellent customer service and results!!!

I can not say enough about your service! Honest, dependable, and cost effective! And TRUST WORTHY! We had an issue with out lawn (or lack there of) and one of your team members came in May and explained to us that we should wait until September to solve our problem. They then explained to "kill" the grass and start over. We "trusted the process" as we were told and in two weeks we had grass popping up everywhere! From the start you could have literally taken out money instead of telling us our best option and plan to have a beautiful lawn! That's good...not GREAT business!

One word sums it up....PROFESIONAL!.On all levels.Polite,promp,experianced,and good value.Normally I dont give reviews unless its really bad or really great,but ya"ll deserve a great review. Our lawn went from a 5 to I would say a 9 by the end of one season, that is great results,as I understand what it takes.I struggled with moss and certain weeds. I also would apply box store sub par product and could never get the timing correct.Rich Green fixed all that mess.I also did the math...I ended spending less in the long game with much better results..Neighbors complented aswell..WINNING!!..We are looking forward to next season I expect the lawn will be even better right out of the gate next spring!! It's a great feeling having a nice lawn, but the best part is all of the compliments I get on it by family, friends, and even people who are just walking by! . I do put a lot of love into the cutting, edging and blowing... and it really is a very thick, rich, green lawn. It's a Rich Green Lawn! I've referred them to friends & neighbors.

I used this company to aerate my lawn last year, which they did a great job. I've since moved closer to where this company is based out of and looked to have it done again at the new home but they would not complete the service unless I signed up for fertilizer treatments. Asked for someone in management to call me back and they never did, all I got was some general mailbox to file a complaint. You lost the business, go extort someone else for additional services they don't need.

Fortunately, the demand for the service has increased. Unfortunately, to ensure quality we are forced to cap the number of jobs we can complete. Due to this we have decided that it is only fair to offer the service to our client base that has routine service with the company. Hopefully, we will be able to lift this restriction in the future.

We used Rich Green Lawns and were happy with them until one of the techs burnt my lavender bushes with the chemicals. When we brought it to their attention, they said he had a problem with the machine. Sent them pictures of before and after and the girl in the office said they will grow back and offered to give us $25.00 credit. That would not cover 1 of my bushes that I only had 2 seasons!! Needless to say we did not take the money and left Rich Green Lawns because of their attitude and negligence to make things right! I included pictures of before and how my bushes look now, the front of every bush is dead brow branches! 😥
Hired these guys two summers ago and they completely destroyed our lawn. So many dead patches which got worse with each treatment. It took two summers to get the lawn back to what is was.

Multiple times ripped up our lawn using machines after a heavy rain. They don’t care. Even went through areas we had specifically roped off.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. After i specially told them last year to only lay fertilizer down in the spring and not pre-emergent for crab grass, they went ahead and did it anyway. That prevented the seed from germinating costing me several hundred dollars and a spotty lawn. This year they called and left a message that they were coming out. I called right back and said I was not renewing my contract and not to come out... I also reseeded this spring. They came out anyway, against my permission and now laid chemicals again that will kill the seed, without my permission... and sent me a bill. Beware of this company.
What a scam of a company. Signed up for one year. Tried to cancel the service at the end of the year because the lawn looked terrible. Worst it has looked ever. This year they show up and treat the lawn without my permission. Now they want me to pay for the treatment. What a terrible company. Please stay away.
My lawn never looked so bad since I hired this company. I used to take care of my lawn on my own.Fall renovations..Fertilizer application...Mowing ect...It looked a lot better than it does now.When I called to cancel....The secretary's response was....ok...good luck...
