Poor customer service! You have to call their parent company DOWN TO EARTH LANDSCAPING in Jackson for any kind of response.

Ever since Justin left the service has been going downhill. Can’t get anyone on the phone and when you leave voicemails no one calls back. A technician dropped a mound of fertilizer and killed a section of my lawn. Was promised that someone would come back within a day or two to put sod down in that section. It’s now been weeks and no one has come or called.

Justin and Tim’s knowledge of organic lawncare and pest treatment was incredible. We knew there would be growing pains going from a traditional lawn to an organic one but they did a great job. That said, I’ve been using them for a few years now and service is supposed to continue year-to-year. It is now April and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve left several messages on Justin’s cell phone as well as the answering service and got no reply. If you are looking for residential lawncare, I suggest you go elsewhere. They seem to have grown beyond what they can manage.

These guys are fabulous! While some parts of my lawn are important, the mini soccer field that we designed in the back yard is extremely important to my 3 boys. It’s 30 yds by 30 yds and is spectacularly lush and green. And it’s completely safe! No ticks and it’s luscious! Organic Green is the way to go for your kids safety. They have my highest recommendation!!!

Going into my second year working with Justin and Organic Green Lawn Solutions. The experience has been amazing Justin is very knowledgeable about turf and the guys have always been punctual. Have never left a bad review especially right now during COVID because I know everyone is struggling but have been let down so bad I have no choice. I contacted them 2 months ago to set up fall seeding and whatever else needed to be done, received estimate, and even talked to their main person Justin about types of seed and was super excited to get started. I then proceeded to call multiple times a week to get started only to be strung along with sporadic return calls to that they would call to schedule only to be told today that they cannot service me at this time. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Justin and his team are amazing!! Our lawn was literally crab grass and weeds and it’s only been 2 weeks since the first treatment and we have REAL GRASS!!! Unbelievable! We’re so excited to see our lawn transform! And we have two dogs so we didn’t have to worry about harsh chemicals!!! USE THIS BUSINESS! You won’t be disappointed!!! 5 STAR!

Organic Green Lawn has been amazing! For years, we tried to combat crabgrass and patchiness in our lawn, but could never quite succeed. Organic Green Lawn Solutions has been a pleasure to work with and our lawn is looking worlds better in pretty short period of time! Plus it’s organic, so my kids aren’t exposed to toxic chemicals. I would highly recommend them!

This company rocks! Always on time and the products smell great plus I LOVE that they are organic! Safe for my kids and my pets!
