The service at A to Z pest controll was incredible. Each person that came to service my house showed personal care and attention and really made me feel validated and understood. They went above and beyond to make me feel confident that the treatments were being done 100% thoroughly. Going through the challenge of having a pest issue , can be so stressful but having a company that can also be understanding and kind throughout the process makes the whole thing so much easier.

He’s very respectful, very attentive, very thorough and even takes the time to give you advice on how to keep your home free of pests. My apartment is free of pests from being serviced by this company. Truly a great experience. Can’t wait to own a home and request to be serviced by the same exterminator.

Ridiculously annoying workers acting shady in my apartment and reported erroneous stuff to the office and caused me tons of trouble. Then they tried to come for the second time but never showed up. But they have the audacity to charge me a fee because they couldn’t get into the apartment. I was home all day waiting for them. No one showed up!!! Avoid this shady scammer company.

I'm a Property Manager and A to Z does our pest control (mostly preventative). I often get Justin and he really takes pride in what he does and is also very personable. I haven't had a tech that is not great from this company yet though. Also, my parents have been having a termite issue and they were having a hard time getting a response from a company. I informed Angel and she immediately asked me for some more info and contacted them immediately and set them up 2 days later. A couple weeks later I had an urgent matter and Angel went out of her way to get the job done extremely quickly and efficiently, and she does this with such a pleasant attitude. she gets an A+ for her customer service! This is a great company .

My tech Pat is amazing! I have used him twice now for my property and he is so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend A to Z Pest for your pest control needs. Joan in the office is sweet as well and quick to reply!

Convenient

Driver was on his phone almost caused a 4 car pile up and kept going on his video chat. If it was possible to give a - 5 stars that would be my rating. Wouldnt expect less from a Jersey driver. Steer clear of this company because if the driver is that dumb how can you trust him in your home.

Expect a line! But for good reason. Flavors beyond counting and all are great. I'd like more toppings in mine but it's only because the pack the cups full! Bring cash as they do not accept cards, but expect to leave happy.

Shawn Attitude is Disgusting I hope he does not return to my place . I hope they send a different TECH out the way he handles his job says everything about his place of work and character. Level up in this case because I would not recommend !

This is the second time this company has been used & the treatment is ok but, the guy took 50¢ off the TV stand! The property manager didn't have 1 of her workers do a walk thru w/ them so that little things can be avoided &, comments wouldn't be made for something so petty!

Destruction of furniture. Non response. False investigations. Elusive.
