Western does a great job treating the outside of our property, we have had no problems inside at all , since we switched our service for over two years! I highly recommend their service and honestly love that the treatment they use takes care of the inside , without any chemicals being sprayed indoors that’s a plus for our family and pets !!! Plus you don’t have to be home when they schedule you. A+ Thank You Western!!!

(2021)(*****)Had an flying ant problem & decided to go with Western Pest Services. Picked the 1 year home protection plan over the single existing problem because it seemed like the best decision. The serviceman (Erwin) was very professional & personable & did an excellent job. (2026)(***) Been using Western Pest on their yearly plan since 2021. After my February 2026 service I'll give the servicemen a #10 & the office a #5 due to their operating & customer communication procedures.

This company is very bad company. They don’t give schedule for anyone to come to their house. Whenever they have time they send people for service. If you have monthly agreement they send people in your house after 23-24 days. That mean in 4 moths service they charge you 5 months service. So they charging 1 month extra for no reason. If you call them they start arguments with you. I will not recommend anyone have their service

We made an appointment for them to come out and were going through a hub individual. The local branch being the EHT location reached out to us to schedule a time to come out between 12-4PM. They never showed and then made excuses as to why they didn't show up. Totally manipulative. Wasted hours at home when we had errands to run for an appointment that never came. Highly would recommend looking elsewhere, don't always go with the cheapest option people!

Extremely bad bad worse untreated areas three times they were over for cocoruches the tenant keeps on sending pics if riches found they never went in basement it’s a rip off of customer money stay far away from this company very very dissatisfied very and very upset ( I put everything new in two bedroom house appliances paint floor etc all new new hot water boiler and the cocoruches are still there

The service person stated he couldn’t spray inside the garage although our plan calls for it, it had previously been sprayed and everything was removed for proper coverage. In addition he would not set the mouse traps nor give use sticky paper for the cave crickets. Poor service. Would not recommend.

A person never considered customer feelings customers request they never accept and don’t think if it bothered the business customers and always wait till the store open and have customers in here spraying medicine for pest some customers even question if it would get in their food

4 out of 4 times, Western has failed to keep our agreed upon appointment date and time. We let it slide the first time, but it has been a repeat problem, despite any confirmation emails. There is no point to even scheduling an appointment. We even paid in advance for our mosquito treatment, and no one showed up twice. When the technicians have shown up, both Kris and especially Erwin were fine and courteous. Erwin really took his time which was greatly appreciated. Only after Erwin came the 2nd time did we notice a difference in our centipede problem in the basement. There has been a reduction in spiders in the basement, but they are still being seen randomly in other rooms of the house so not sure how effective spider repellent is. Our ant problem was completely fixed. Each star is for each tech showing up, but the reliability of their scheduling is extremely poor. Update 8/26/21: another broken appointment for mosquitos without any call or explanation, despite text and email confirmations. It was a bright hot and sunny day yesterday, so I’d love to hear them tell me they missed the appointment “due to rain” again.
