I called Gold Shield to remove a hornet's nest. They were very pleasant on the phone and came out within an hour to start the process to remove the hornet's nest. They are a very professional company and beat all the other competitors Pricing. Gold Shield also applied a military discount. I would definitely use Gold Shield again? Thank you Gold Shield

Chuck was friendly and informative. He came on his day off bc it was the only time I was home and gave me information and instructions on how to not need him, if that makes sense. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. His demeanor was professional yet he put me at ease like an old family friend. I’d give him 10 stars, if possible!! This was my first time needing pest control services as a new homeowner, and I am really fortunate that I reached out to Gold Shield and Chuck for this job. He was extremely responsive - he took my call on a Saturday morning, and before lunchtime of that same day, he was already at my home remedying the situation. I’ve always been a big do-it-yourself person when faced with house problems, and I’m reluctant to call a professional. The extermination strategy that Chuck delivered was the product of expertise in pest control, and a ton of familiarity with exactly how to handle these situations in our part of the state. I got more out of thirty minutes with Chuck than I did in the 50+ hours of effort and research I put in over the past three months of trying to solve this problem for myself. In hindsight, I wish I called sooner. Thanks again for all the help, it means a lot.

Chuck and Lisa are an amazing pest exterminating power team. The Gold Shield team is extremely reliable, the price of their pest extermination is fair, and they’ve taken care of many pest problems for me in the past. I had to call Chuck on Fourth of July for a mice issue at one of my Airbnbs, he showed up for me even on his day off. I didn’t have to refund the guest thanks to him. The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn’t get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. I will continue to work with them in the future on all my properties and the ones I manage. I highly recommend them!

Maybe your employees should pay more attention to driving when I’m a vehicle than whatever they are doing. One of your trucks crossed the center line on east side of reefs and almost crashed into my family. Little red truck.
