I went with this company to trap a wild raccoon living in and out of my attic. My first mistake was believing Viking Pest Control had my best interest in mind. I don't write reviews. But every time you call this company, they insist you do. So here I am. 1. They recommended a trapping service, but provide zero guidance and motivation to actually trap the animal. We have contract with Viking for all our needs. Technician Paul is excellent while others have mishandled chemicals. We have requested that they schedule visits, due to pets and small children and request Paul to handle service. Found a card in bushes that another tech had applied chemicals to foundation 2 weeks ago without notification, which we normally would have children and pets avoid area. I have in past mentioned this to Richard their Senior Sales Rep and Phone calls to office. This

I am extremely disappointed. I signed up after looking at all the positive google reviews. But the day I signed up was the last day I saw them. I called several times, left messages but no response. Then I even called their central office, the lady I spoke to apologized and told me that she will get someone from the local office to call me. Never happened. My yard is full of mosquitoes and bugs, no thanks to "Yard Guard" service of Viking Pest Control of East Brunswick, NJ - I am ever so sor
