Bill has been my exterminator for years and I’ve never had any bugs since !!! Top notch service, very sweet gentleman and always on time .

Treat you like family and always gets the job done, I’ve used them for multiple houses and will continue to use them.

Bill is not qualified to exterminate anything but his reputation. What should have taken 1-2 months, 3, at most 4 visits dragged out over 18 months until he was replaced by an expert. Don’t waste your time and money.

I had an appointment made and spoke to someone over the phone but when the time came for my appointment, nobody showed up and nobody is answering the phone. Ended up hiring someone else who came almost immediately.

Paramount came out recently to treat for silverfish and they were fantastic. The technician, Bill, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick and thorough when doing the service. The woman who answers the phone, Marci, is also very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very competitive too which is a relief with how everything has gone up recently. Even got a maintenance plan with them. Bill is also very careful when treating homes with pets too which is huge! I have an extremely busy schedule and one thing I don’t have time to worry about is bugs. Paramount has made sure of that! Thanks guys!!
