Anchor has come out to us twice so far and both techs were great! They were both very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had and were very thorough. Nick was here today to spray the outside and kept me informed on what he did which I really appreciated.

Ryan called to let me know he was on his way to me. Arrived on time. He checked the areas where I had seen the mice and put multiple traps down. He set up a follow up date. Great company! They were knowledgeable and efficient!

I recently had a roach removal treatment done by Nick and Frank. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Nadir great job and very professional ,Nadir asked me to see my and he wrote the rewie he didn't do any job he just rewie him self .and he left i told the office,then they end me another one he good but no result ,I moved from 79 wash east orange cause non bed bug treatment

I’m really frustrated. I paid over $200 for a mice situation, and was told it would include a tech actually checking access points, plugging up any holes or at least having me do it. All the tech did was put bait boxes down. I still have the mice!! I tried to call and I left a message with a rep from overseas I guess and no one has called me back.

⭐️ 1 Star – I would give zero if I could As a medical professional, I am shocked by the complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability shown by Anchor Pest Control. Over two months of dealing with a bed bug infestation — four separate treatments — and the problem still persists. Their reports are inconsistent, often contradictory, and worst of all, they deliberately withheld critical information from me, the tenant and direct victim, which violates standard pest control protocols. There is no scientific integrity, no follow-up, and no genuine concern for the client’s well-being. As someone trained to recognize patterns of negligence and disregard for health standards, I can confidently say: this company has failed at every level. Avoid them at all costs.
We had a really bad experience of calling in the afternoon for a same day appointment for a bee emergency. We were told they could come out no problem and would arrive between 4-5. We were told later they would be delayed until between 5:30-6. Finally at 5:45 we got a call that they weren’t coming at all. This was the worst business to work with. We were in an emergency and would have called other companies if they had been upfront and honest about not being able to arrive for same day treatment. Would never work with them again or recommend.

I would say a more experienced technician should be there. As discussed before taking the plan , the technician was supposed to check thoroughly , but instead he was just confirming with me . Lets see how effective it turns out. The contract was to do the treatment till 10 ft away around the perimeter, but the technician just did it around the wall .It was discussed and agreed , the treatment will be in some part of lawn and backyard also. Not satisfied. Disappointed.

Person rescheduled inspection of home. Figured we had a couple days to wait for the refinance. Came out today and failed to inspect shed . Failed to provide a receipt. These items were needed for a VA home refinance. Spoke with Eric prior to having this inspection done and informed him of everything that was needed.

I have had the worst experiences with these guys my apartment building has been infested with cockroaches for a few years and nothing is getting done about it they will not exterminate and help get rid of them all they do is maintain them. Its not right that these guys are lazy and really will not do anything. The last time they came to exterminate i told them no you are not coming into my apartment because you are not doing anything about the problem me and my father spend over hundreds of dollar doin it our selves

The receptionist is VERY helpful and kind no complaints on them but their workers i dont know their name starts with a D dennis? Maybe im not sure but anyways, our situation is bedbugs and we had a visit last week their attitude was ok could have been better but its alright all of us have a life i get it. So today they come again for the second treatment from the first treatment they told us there is no signs of bedbugs but me and my roommate have gotten bites for the last days so i tried to tell him that but he kept interrupting me and saying “NOPE bedbugs are not on walls, where is it? Where are they i cant see them right now? Its impossible for bedbugs to be on walls.” Kept repeating these phases while i tried to show him pictures and told him usually they come out at night. But he kept denying me as if i was lying. I recently moved into this apartment i have never experienced bedbugs and it has been draining me mentally and physically im the one who is suppose to do the yelling and acting rude not the exterminator. To clarify i was not being rude at all i dont know why he had to have such an attitude towards me, is this how he treats all his customers? Like i dont get why i was being yelled at and ignoring all the details they wanted me to tell them. Its extremely rude and unnecessary. We have a third treatment coming up next week and we hope to have a different exterminator because he is too rude to deal with.

We’ve had their plan for a year and used quite often, unfortunately it never got rid of our springtail/spider problem. Different techs would come over and say they don’t bite and don’t cause a reaction while I’m covered in hives and bites… their customer service is good but their product didn’t get rid of the bugs as you can see in the picture…
