This company was excellent in the beginning. They showed up on the day I called, evaluated the situation, and drew up a contract. That was in November 2024 . Their follow up work to resolve the problem was intermittent to say the least. They would not show up for weeks on end, and only showed up after they were called. The owner took responsibility for not showing up, however this continued until February 2025. The job was finally completed many many calls to remind them of the follow-up work th
